Thanks, your coughing made me search Google. I already have a pstv. Good for me it was on 3.60. Excellent emulator machine.

I don't understand why everyone expects brand new or mint unit. This is CEX, they sell preowned units and a lot of them will be used, some might be new. If you don't want lucky dip, buy it on eBay for £40-50 and you'll know what you get.
I would just order another one and return this one. There is no rule that you cannot do that.

I bought mine three days ago and it arrived in a tatty box and in well used condition (scratches and old sticker glue marks). It was running FW 3.61 so definitely not good for Henkaku. I'll be returning mine via the CeX freepost method for a refund.

The power switch is on the back of Playstation TV. The power supply is just it, and doesn't have any extra functions. Just check online, maybe you have the one that it comes with. Also you can return it for a refund. I think they have collect+ available. Just write to them.
I always use PayPal with cex to have full peace of mind

Vita TV arrived with a generic dodgy third party 'travel adaptor', not an official Sony power supply. Don't really trust having that on all the time so have to turn off at the wall every time. Poor stuff, no where on the site saying it doesn't come with the official power supply. Avoid.
