Yes, it would be good if your battery charger had an outlet so it can double as a power bank... why haven't I found one of these yet?

It's a USB powered enclosure / charger for AA or AAA batteries with 2 AA and 2 AAA Ready Use batteries. So you would use your standard USB slot phone charger to charge the AA or AAA batteries in the battery enclosure. Handy if you need to charge some AA or AAA batteries for your camera, say whilst on holiday, and don't want to have to carry multiple USB chargers with you.
Only seems to be available for home delivery, at a charge of £3.49 so the post may need to be updated to reflect that ?

Halfords getting rid of these as well as packs of batteries in their clearance bins. Seen in two stores in Cardiff, £1/£2 each.

So is it a power bank and a charger, or can you just use the batteries charged to power something else like a phone charge?
