would they legally be allowed to sell an item that gives a false impression of sun protection though?

I have got loads over the last few days, but its next to pointless posting on here as its very store specific.
I got some kids factor 30 for 50p and Piz bun dry face at 10p.
Also there's lawnmower oil at 10p, which I wouldn't use, waterless wax at 50p, car blinds 50p for roller or 10p for the pop out ones. Rugs down from £64 to £9.99. Various stationary at 10 - 50p.
Didn't buy most as I'd just end up junking the house with piles of tat. Cracking items if you really needed them though.

Not 50p in my local store either, but they did have some 120ml factor 30 sun-cream for 50p.
Good price though.....................if available.
