I can't speak of this tv - not having worked on it, but from experience of the Panny 40C300 ( lot lower specs I know but using it as an example)
Vestel use 6 different manu's for the panel - so it can be a crapshoot as to what you get, and the main board will look the same but are not interchangeable (because of the panel being different) Linky here for list of brands and post number 53 has a list of panels used.
As a cheap tv they may suit some - as long as you use external speakers.
I would just about compare (the c300 not this set) to the entry level Samsung Tv's i.e. J4000 range (in regards to the electronics inside them)
The different brands may look different but the give away is if you look at the connections on the rear - they will share the same layout mainly (maybe with an extra hdmi port or so)
for example take a look on ebay for vestel 17MB95 main board used in the c300 - so many variants (also used in Digihome, Celcus Blaupunt,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,)
That said the main board for this set does look more 'beefy' - but not by much (ebay -> vestel 17MB100 - also used in the Digihome 48" btw)
