No, you can't install Kodi on Roku boxes either (this is effectively a locked down Roku box).
You can though fairly easily install Plex which makes them a great media streaming box.
The newer black NowTV box is noticeably faster and also has wired ethernet as well as wifi.

I lost a card with 5 sky sports passes and when I found it over a year later I asked via online chat if they'd give me one free pass so I could watch the game that day they gave me 5 new passes
If you give them the pass codes they know they haven't been used so I presume are happy to issue new ones.
Seems like a decent service.
The good thing about NOW TV, apart from it being in capital letters, is that you get no adverts unlike Sky Go.
Enough shows to keep me interested and I just buy these boxes and sell on eBay for ~£12 so ends up costing about a pound a month.

i have a few white boxes which i bought 2 years ago, the passes are expired but now tv just give u a new code when you get in contact with them.

which are newer black or white?

I've had the odd problem here n there with passes but to be fair the now TV customer services have always been great. I think usually vouchers are valid a year from when the box is purchased.(not always!)

Well i didn't reply because i have had passes that are still valid and the ones i have seen expire at the end of August. CONKY666 seems to have had one where his/hers wasn't valid but it was fixed by Sky. What response was you expecting?

Buy with caution passes are probably out of date and you will need to contact Now tv for a new one.

However, maybe they each have an individual reference number?

If so, then i spose that eventually you may have to input that individual id number into the iplayer, on a fixed number of items in your house, in order to be able to view the it?
