Don't quite get these machines - whats wrong with a pan of boiling/simmering water? Cheaper, less to clean up and easier to use.
Anyway have some heat for the price, seems cheap for one of these (and almost free if you are a new customer)

Not sure why people are saying there is more to clean up because there isn't anything to clean up. No saucepan and spoon to wash up. I wipe the condensation off the inside and that's it.
There is if you use it to poach eggs, but that just the poaching dish.

I got this a few months back, I thought I would constantly use the hell out of this thing but nope, used it a few times and it's been sitting in the corner of my kitchen ever since lol. Too much faff to clean this thing after using it, back to the old fashioned way for me.

I use mine at work, where I don't have a cooker but I have a plug socket.

I get full up with just 2 hard boiled eggs- it would be a waste of the 5 other spaces.

These cook using steam and you adjust the amount of water you put in based on how many eggs you're cooking and how hard or soft you want them boiled. You can do as few or many as you like. The cooking is finished when all the water has boiled away and an alarm goes off. And there's no washing up. I had one at home and one in the office and colleagues used to borrow it!

Heat for the price but tbh methinks these are a solution looking for a problem.

They also do a Tower version of the same thing for a couple of pence less but wondered if anyone had got either, are they any good?
