New lottery customers only. If you are someone who does the lottery but who hasnt opened an online account this is ideal. Deal expires in 5 days (28th)
Got to be innit to win it, with odds of 45,057,474 to 1, you'll likely need to be innit a long long long long long long time. Of course some people have won and some people have also been to the Moon, not many mind. In 2014 after 20 years of the lottery it had only created 3,600 millionaires, more than have been to the Moon granted, with a population of 3,600 Congresbury (no I've never heard of it either) is a small village somewhere near Bristol. So you could fit all the millionaire winners in that village, there could well be some very nice tractors in that village, I'll be sure to visit when I win the lottery. Sorry Congresbury I guess you won't be seeing me or any of us very soon.
Those are some nasty nasty stats. I'd spend the money on some anti depressants, I sure need some after this post.

So if cashback tracks I should be £62 up. Not bad for 10 mins effort.

Seems to be deposit only? No need to spend? Can withdraw the cash after cashback tracker and get free £27…????
Yes it does check the electoral roll to ensure your age. I'm sceptical if that will be a by-check for unique customer though.
You DO need a new card that isn't already registered though.
Let's see if this truly tracks without spend. Suggests 24 hours to confirm track (but not cash back)...

If you look at the information tab, there are a lot of terms and conditions, one of which states that you have to use the £10 deposited. It also says, rather confusingly and contradictory, that the cashback is £11 rather than £27??

The odds are ridiculous, but a few quid here or there, it doesn't really matter - as long as you are under to illusion that your chances of winning big are very very low. I did use to buy a ticket or two every week. But have got out of the habit. I think the main reason is the price rise from £1 to £2, its not that I cant afford it, but it just feels more than I want to spend - so I dont.

They are bad odds of winning the jackpot but the odds of winning anything at all is 1 in 9.3 - doesnt sound as bad.
Also, with 67 extra prizes this Saturday that improves again.
28 Chances to win a million this Saturday makes becoming a millionaire 1 in less than 2 million? Still, not great odds but I'd take those over 1 in 45 million!

The national lottery like most historic lotteries is essentially an optional tax with the rare chance of a very extreme rebate. Personally I like it because the money it raises goes to worthwhile causes, things the government should fund, but the daily mail readers would complain about. And to put it in context all those lovely medals from Rio thats what the lottery pays for, along with all the youth programmes that enable that.

Why not just deposit £10, blow it and take your £27? Expect to lose and see it as £17 profit. I did a similar thing with TCB for Ladbrokes - deposited £10, bet it on the golf (and lost), banked £30 cashback. So long as you've some basic willpower and won't gamble further on these sites it's a miniscule amount of work for a reasonable return.

The odds are even worse now on the National Lottery. I think it's something like 95 million to one. I do play though. That £2 ticket gives me a reason to dream - and go check out the houses on rightmove. I bought seven tickets last week and won on three lines. 2 numbers twice and 4 on the other. Not sure what the odds are (a million to one?) and won £93.10 :disappointed: Still, my friend's uncle won £22 million back in the day.
When I win, I'll buy you the top deal of the day you miserable git :stuck_out_tongue:

In the terms and conditions it states this "Recurrences on the amount of purchases that can be made while earning cashback may be limited." but when the cashback is declined and you submit a missing cashback claim it then states the email addresses must match. The thing that brought it home to me and why I don't bother with the lottery - A mathematican explained the odds as being the same as laying 2p coins side to side - over hundreds of miles - all the way from London to Manchester, and then being lucky enough to pick the right 2p (out of 45 million). But that was BEFORE camalot doubled the odds!
It's nothing but a charity donation which goes to subsidize opera for the rich, the 'arts', and very elite sportsmen and women (not us commonfolk). Only 1/12th of the funds raised goes to what you or I would regard as 'good causes'

I buy a lotto and euromillions each draw (i.e. four draws/week). It's a waste of money - now that Euromillions is going up to £2.50/week in Sep it'll cost me £468/year. The odds of winning are so low that I'd probably be better saving it and putting it towards a holiday or investing it in shares or a new business.

Have spent over £20,000 in past 20 years on lottery. Probably spend £50-60 a week now on scratchcards and lotto/euromillions. Only once won 4 numbers and three times had 3 numbers.
Bizarrely yesterday and three other occasions in past 20 years I have been one number away from every single number drawn 02,23,31,37,45, (04),(08) I got 01,22,33,39,46, (04),(07). I think my new tactic will be to buy the ticket and then amend all the numbers by an increment of 1.
In other words its impossible 99.99999% of us will ever win or even get 5 numbers!

The Lotto.
A filthy money generating machine that makes millions-and-millions of pounds every single week. And then deems it fair to hike up the price by 100% or more and tell you that you are better off, even though the odds of NOT winning the Jackpot have increased. People don’t play the Lotto for a £10, £15 or £20 win etc.
They are literally telling you you are a dumb *ss, living a “could be you” Tuesday to Saturday existence, in the vague hope that you ‘might’ get lucky.
They have rich people playing with your hopes and dreams. And these faces advertising the Lotto will earn more money from those adverts than most people would earn in a year.
This is OUR National Lottery. And if Branson or somebody else could run one side-by-side, then you’d never see a ticket price over ONE Pound. BECAUSE, they would still make millions-and-millions of cold hard cash every single week.
And that is the crime against citizens of this great nation. The UK’s National Lottery is a National Disgrace!!!
Free choice and ‘competition’!!!

I’m not feeling oppressed or forced into anything! And never suggested I was!
What I did say, was that a company that generates millions-and-millions of pounds every week, has seen it fit to increase the price you pay by 100%.
No other company on planet earth would exist with this type of pricing structure if they had a similar rival. I.e. a competitor, competition! It’s what keeps the ‘market’ in-check. And our Government is fully invested in free trade/competition and making sure no one company has a monopoly on the market place. Except that is, when it comes to lining their own pockets.
If they introduced a National Rival. Then the price you are forced to pay if you choose to play, would be no greater than £1.
And in the spirit of HUKD. This would be a bargain compared to the current price structure.

To be fair i'm not happy with this at all, it now seems that the reason it isn't tracked is because of having adblock installed. Even though nobody here mentioned adblock can affect it. It means now a wait for a week before reporting missing credit. Where by then, the exclusive offer would have expired and its unlikely I will get credited the full amount

Up to £27.00 Cashback
All you have to do
1
Having clicked through from TopCashback, all you have to do is to go ahead straight away and purchase online from that merchant, exactly as you would do normally.
It is SO simple - that is all you need to do!
All you have to do
2
The merchant will, in due course, pay us commission (which we call 'cashback') – because they will have recorded that we provided them with your custom. (We are the ONLY cashback site to pass ALL of this back to you – right from your very first purchase. That is why we are the UK's Most Generous Cashback website).
3
The cashback you have earned can be seen within your TopCashback account.
Some simple points to note:
5
Very occasionally, cashback can fail to track. In this case, even after waiting for 7 – 14 days, you won't see a record of your cashback earnings within your TopCashback account.
6
If your cashback hasn't tracked correctly, please don't give up. Give us all the details we need by submitting a Missing Cashback Ticket. We can then chase up the missing cashback for you on your behalf. (Note that this can be a long process – but we will do what we can for you)

I see approx 14 untracked posts and two tracked posts including yours, and unless you're playing the system, that doesn't exactly look like tracking is functioning as it should. I know there'll be a bias here towards failed tracking, but it gets a bit suspicious when you factor in the time period.

I spent the 10 deposit on a draw tonight and the rest on scratchcards. Won the odd quid or two but threw it back into the different games. Yes, but does anything ever actually appear after 24 hours? They're just covering themselves, like companies exaggerating delivery times when it's pretty obvious the parcel's lost.

Sparkz2k16
27 Aug 161#246
If a click shows and deposits match around the time of that click, there is no way they can refuse to pay people.
They are not losing money out of this deal, they are profiting. They probably get £30 per sign up and deposit done, then as it's an exclusive have decided to give as much of that as possible to members (£3 for themselves to keep £27 to members).
Even the national lottery are greedy. They might give a lot to charity but their main aim is to make as much profit as they can. They gave this offer to TCB for the same reason casino's have similar offers.... To get people signed up, with a deposit in their account and the temptation of depositing more than what the offer pays.
There should be no reason for them to not pay, because even though it sounds like £17 free cash and a big loss for them, there will be people who deposit and lose £100's if not £1000's which will pay for the offer and more

Big companies will never admit being at fault anyway. The people at customer support are not those who work on the scripting side of things, therefore if it works for 1 or 2, the customer support team will always say it's not their fault.
Only a few weeks ago EE had broadband issues. I have over 20 years experience with computer technology and after doing a lot of diagnostic testing, came to the conclusion the problem was down to EE. I phoned customer support to see when the problem will be resolved. They refused to acknowledge any problem and told me to turn the router off and back on again (The first step I did before calling them). A while later when it started working again, I searched online and going by other people's reports, there was some EE broadband down time.
I reckon with TCB, it's because too many people tried to sign up for that offer at once, meaning the tracking script wasn't able to track every single visit
kelly_o_fanatic
27 Aug 161#250
I would never do these sorts of offers if I had an addictive personality in any way, not had a problem with all the others but have to say I could have continued on this time with the bejewelled blitz game, seems a high chance of winning at least your money back on it. I stepped away though and won't be going back on the website

28 Aug 16#251
Yes, that sums up Topcashback perfectly. They'll blame your device, your settings, cookies and maybe even the wind direction (joke, unless someone has experienced this), but very rarely will they admit there is an issue at their end! It's not tracking back properly now and those that did track earlier showed errors (five confirmations).
This thread and recent posts, show that there IS an issue.
Do they post on here? Or only Facebook / Twitter etc?
I'll put in a claim later if it hasn't tracked.

Now I am confused.
When I looked soon after I did it, it showed 2 separate trackings:
1 at £15 confirmed
2 at £15 pending (£10 spend)
Today it shows
1 at £15 confirmed
2 at £27 pending (£10 spend)
But if the 1at is already confirmed surely they won't honour the £27??

They'll probably tell you that it can take up to 7 days to track and if it doesn't appear after then, put in a missing cashback claim though your account. This is the standard procedure that I think most of us are going to follow. Although I'll be interested to know if they do reply with anything useful.
Don't worry - you're not alone!

A few years ago a lot of hotukdealers, myself included we're given mountains of BS over the AMEX card cashback, I think it was about £63 , we all give tcb and AMEX absolute hell via email , phoning, Facebook Twitter eventually tcb payed out after about six months. I'm sure we can do it again if needed, I don't think national lottery would like bad press etc!

Nothing on twitter that I can see. I don't have an account there, but you can see theirs here: https://twitter.com/Top_CashBack/with_replies Neither on their account, or by searching all of twitter could I find any reference to dodgy Lottery tracking.
Their facebook is doubly useless, they only post good things on there, and don't seem to respond to the visitor posts.

Previous lurker and singed up as I am also a potential victim here.
A non-tracker like many over the past few days and I've asked the question on the MSE TCB thread as to whether the issue is known. I'll report back and update possibly later this afternoon if I get a response, well at least a sensible one. I've had many issues with TCB and know full well their excuses. I normally deal direct with a merchant to resolve problems and normally it works. But, lets give TCB a chance to acknowledge a known issue, that would be a helpful start. What they would intend to do, is what we would like to know about. Amazing though the times these TCB 'exclusive' promotions go wrong!

Sorry to say the TCB rep, Matt, has totally avoided to reply on the MSE forum re The Lottery. Perhaps off to find out what his leaders want him to post later? Again, I'll update this thread with any replies and I'll keep asking. Not unusual to initially skirt the issue, usually a bit of a delay tactic to work out what garbage they think their members will take in! Sorry again, but I tried.
Forgot to add, but I made a suggestion that TCB send a rep over here to HotUKDeals to perhaps add a comment or two! We live in hope!

Well that may be true for a tiny percentage of people but most of us use TCB a lot and don't have problems with other transactions tracking
Pateo
1 Sep 162#298
Here's tcb/Matt's reply when I messaged via Facebook
Due to such a large amount of people taking part in the deal and with it being popular with a deal finding community it's no surprise that when some of their transactions they are frustrated by it and decide to air it with the rest of the community. However, untracked transactions do happen in the commission earning process and there can be varying reasons for it, normally it is down to the cashback network (independent of us and the merchant) not being able to see our cookies when an eligible purchase is made.
With all members who this has happened to I would advise them to lodge a claim so we can get their transaction queried with the cashback network, find out why it has gone untracked and then challenge them to try and get the commission so we can pass it back on to the member.
There's no secret agenda or sly reason that this hasn't tracked, it's simply the commission process in action and the network being unbias. Even when you click one of our links, if you have other cookies on your computer there is a very large chance it will confuse the tracking or even lead to one of the other cookies being paid the commission which is great for them but certainly not great for you. I totally understand when this happens it can be frustrating and this is why we provide advise such as clearing cookies and cache before logging in to make your purchase.
Best wishes,
Matt
Sparkz2k16
1 Sep 161#299
Clearing cookies and the cache is not a practical way. Most of the time that advice doesn't work (just look online at how many forum threads there are by people who had issues, not with TCB but other problems and were told to clear the cache and cookies, they did it and it didn't resolve their problem).
It actually causes more harm than good in most cases because depending on what options people tick, it can wipe their saved passwords, autofill data, data that is used in games (for example, someone might play a flash game online, put hours into it. As it saves locally on the computer, doing a wipe can remove these files meaning they have to start over again).
TCB should have their test tracking page back up. I looked online and found people talking about it but that page no longer exists. It would really help people know before taking part in an offer that no problems exist on their side. Instead of doing wipes, which cause other problems only to find out their settings were all correct in the first place.

1 Sep 161#300
I don't think there is some big conspiracy here, just a technological cock up that they don't want to admit to. As long as the claim goes through I'll say no more about it.
As for clearing cookies, I didn't know that was a thing you were supposed to do, and as mentioned above, amongst all the rubbish there are some I actually want. I don't use any other cashback sites so no chance of someone else getting the commission.
Pateo
1 Sep 161#301
"untracked transactions do happen in the commission earning process and there can be varying reasons for it, normally it is down to the cashback network (independent of us and the merchant) not being able to see our cookies when an eligible purchase is made.
" Now I can see why there are sometimes problems with tracking, I didn't know that there was a fourth party involved ie 'cashback network' who actually are these people? So it starts with us(the customer or Patsy) then tcb, then the merchant, then the mystery 'cashback network' (I'm starting to think these are an unwanted cog or spanner in the works we could do without!) Is it just all an elaborate conspiracy to hoodwink us all!

Hello,
Your Missing Cashback Claim for The National Lottery (26 Aug 16) has been updated.

2 Sep 16#307
Yes, I've just had the email, but my transaction has also tracked at only £10. The TCB rep has posted on MSE and although not actually confirming an error, she has at least admitted the tracking wasn't as expected. Obvious there though as it has been an issue from start to finish! Tracking which should have taken one hour max has taken myself just shy of six days and is still wrong. Hopefully we'll all see transactions uplifted to the correct amount over the next few days. I've promised to challenge any issues if not fully resolved via the Lottery's own complaint procedure.
A lot of this frustration must be placed at Matt, the TCB rep. The trouble he causes on MSE and probably other social sites is unbelievable! Maybe time for him to step aside as he's clearly out of his depth! Cookies lol.

My account is now showing as the correct £27 'exclusive' rate, so someone has been working overtime to sort out this mess! Credit though for the effort, but a shame they couldn't initially admit there was an obvious issue, they did what they usually do and direct the 'blame' elsewhere. Possibly a tech issue at the Affiliate Networks end, but the issue should have been blatantly obvious! TCB have missed a trick here in my humble opinion, they could have actually gained a reputation as a genuine caring cashback site! Off for a coffee and a couple of cookies of course!

We do not make goodwill payments like this, as a general rule, as across our membership of over five million transacting with the 4400 plus retailers we list, this would run into many thousands of pounds. The same issue arises with sending members emails to give the progress of a transaction.
I hope that you find this resolution satisfactory, but if you have any further observations or comments, then please get back to me.

I did send the first email but hey ho lol. :stuck_out_tongue: Pateo's idea. Suggested that Topcashback make everyone's payable who have been waiting at least a 3 months or I would be creating a Facebook page for all customers affected to voice their angst. Looks like they are following through with this, either that or the affiliate has actually paid them. Wouldn't touch "The National Lottery" website again if you paid me. (Which would probably take another 3 months!)

Those are some nasty nasty stats. I'd spend the money on some anti depressants, I sure need some after this post.
So if cashback tracks I should be £62 up. Not bad for 10 mins effort.
Thanks OP.

Yes it does check the electoral roll to ensure your age. I'm sceptical if that will be a by-check for unique customer though.
You DO need a new card that isn't already registered though.
Let's see if this truly tracks without spend. Suggests 24 hours to confirm track (but not cash back)...

Also, with 67 extra prizes this Saturday that improves again.
28 Chances to win a million this Saturday makes becoming a millionaire 1 in less than 2 million? Still, not great odds but I'd take those over 1 in 45 million!
some saying no payment at all, some saying payment within 2 weeks.
When I win, I'll buy you the top deal of the day you miserable git :stuck_out_tongue:

We'll get things up and running again as soon as we can, so please do try again later. Sorry for any inconvenience.
However, I've seen Derren Brown live so...fingers crossed.
how did I do, should I be playing the lottery tonight :stuck_out_tongue:
Thanks
Will await £27 with baited breath - many thanks, OP.
It still checks the electoral role, but that's an age check rather than a new customer verification IMO. £15 still tracked.
I wonder if I would be classed as an existing customer, and therefore ineligible?

Nice post many thanks
But nobody on here really gives a toss.
Not quite sure whats going on to be honest. was expecting it to show the £27. Might change from now until payment.
Tracked at £27 already. Have to wait 17 weeks though.
It's nothing but a charity donation which goes to subsidize opera for the rich, the 'arts', and very elite sportsmen and women (not us commonfolk). Only 1/12th of the funds raised goes to what you or I would regard as 'good causes'
response
National Lottery are now operating under a different affiliate network.
Unfortunately this network will not accept claims for transactions made under the different network and so it is essentially offering cashback as a new company.
I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
None of this is very clear
Bizarrely yesterday and three other occasions in past 20 years I have been one number away from every single number drawn 02,23,31,37,45, (04),(08) I got 01,22,33,39,46, (04),(07). I think my new tactic will be to buy the ticket and then amend all the numbers by an increment of 1.
In other words its impossible 99.99999% of us will ever win or even get 5 numbers!
£15 Cashback pending in TCB.
Thanks OP for this deal. I did my sign up n deposit last night.
Had to put in a cashback claim, but got to wait 7 days (even though I know it's not going to track).
Had the same thing via another site and Quidco a few weeks back but still got the money.
Still hot though.
£27 is pending & also another £10.
Also, has it tracked twice for anyone else?
deposit 10, got 27 then played 4m scratchcard and got 20! hahaha
So... to be safe... I'd put it all on Leicester. Just so that I would be able to provide for my kids' futures. It pays to be frugal with money.
Already £10 up and hopefully the cashback will go through alright! Cheers lads.
Can somebody help me.
I just registered and payed £10 pounds,but I haven't received the £27.
So after depositing £10 I won't be able to use it for Euromillions?
On 4 million black £10 scratch card!!
rather be safe than sorry anyways!
EDIT: just bought 2 scratch cards and won £10  nothing lost
I suspect they will decline the £15 entry
The original account gets £10 the new account gets a £5 M&S card
Probably very similar to many cashback offers for car or house insurance. Easy to offer it when there's no intention of paying out and nobody to champion the side of the customer.
did you guys spend any deposit to get the cashback confirmed?
Maybe they're trying to get people to gamble.
I am looking for people that have not touched the £10 deposit and have got the £27 in topcashback 'confirmed' please?

(Note that this can be a long process – but we will do what we can for you)
We'll get things up and running again as soon as we can, so please do try again later. Sorry for any inconvenience"
pain in the bum, i guess i have to delete cookies before trying again
If I deposit £10 on a card and buy one lottery ticket for £2 does this mean I cannot withdraw £8 back.
Instead am i allowed to deposit £12 and withdraw £10
Cheers

I'm not too sure how they would defend this, as some of the reviews look bad.
Your screenshot has dates from earlier in the week so it doesn't count.
Think there may be problems with tracking for last day or two.
I spent the 10 deposit on a draw tonight and the rest on scratchcards. Won the odd quid or two but threw it back into the different games. Can understand how some with low willpower can get easily drawn in. Will never do it again (unless there is another promotion) but certainly worth doing if the 27 quid is made payable.
2 games of bejewelled blitz (£3 each) - won £6
1 game of sapphire sevens (£2) - nothing
1 more game of bejewelled blitz - won £3
Withdrew £8 funds
So as long as topcashback all goes OK, i will be £25 up
Please note: cashback can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
If it doesn't track in by the next day, it probably won't track and you will need to put in a claim.
There is obviously an issue over the last few days according to recent posts on here, but Topcashback will probably deny any issues. :smirk:
https://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/earnings/clicks
Sorry if I sound grumpy, I didn't get a single number :disappointed:
I've copied the links from my history together with a screenshot. I don't use Topcashback very often as I don't trust them now. Far too many issues and they rarely get resolved, well not in a timely fashion anyway!
It doesn't sound like the Lottery is a particularly awkward one either, since many people earlier in the week had it instantly.
There should be no reason for them to not pay, because even though it sounds like £17 free cash and a big loss for them, there will be people who deposit and lose £100's if not £1000's which will pay for the offer and more
I have screenshots to prove the purchase and that it's definitely valid, but I very much doubt they'd admit there is an (obvious) tracking issue.
This thread and recent posts, show that there IS an issue.
Do they post on here? Or only Facebook / Twitter etc?
I'll put in a claim later if it hasn't tracked.
They then say "If you've just made a purchase with one of these retailers, congratulations on getting a great deal... if you haven't already, you should start to see your Cashback tracking shortly."
Hmm :smirk:
They'll have many, many manual claims to submit soon.
I'm more interested in their response tbh. Obvious issue, but will they confirm and acknowledge a problem? The answer to that could tell all.
When I looked soon after I did it, it showed 2 separate trackings:
1 at £15 confirmed
2 at £15 pending (£10 spend)
Today it shows
1 at £15 confirmed
2 at £27 pending (£10 spend)
But if the 1at is already confirmed surely they won't honour the £27??
Watch this space
Don't worry - you're not alone!
I hope I'm wrong, but I think it will need a fight, similar to the Amex fiasco as above.
I don't do Twitter etc, but have there been any updates?
Their facebook is doubly useless, they only post good things on there, and don't seem to respond to the visitor posts.
Don't want to have to fight for it, I'm in the busiest month of my life right now so shouldn't really even be here right now!
Auto email from tcb "On Ice. We will automatically submit this to the merchant after 02 Sep 16"
When did you take yours out?
Strange to be declined so early though?
Stay with it as it could be a fight for us all!
Forgot to add, but I made a suggestion that TCB send a rep over here to HotUKDeals to perhaps add a comment or two! We live in hope!

See how my claim goes, but does anyone have any decent contact forums to aim our anger at the lottery itself if needed?
Not a single post confirming any tracking over the weekend.
Best wishes,
Matt
It actually causes more harm than good in most cases because depending on what options people tick, it can wipe their saved passwords, autofill data, data that is used in games (for example, someone might play a flash game online, put hours into it. As it saves locally on the computer, doing a wipe can remove these files meaning they have to start over again).
TCB should have their test tracking page back up. I looked online and found people talking about it but that page no longer exists. It would really help people know before taking part in an offer that no problems exist on their side. Instead of doing wipes, which cause other problems only to find out their settings were all correct in the first place.
As for clearing cookies, I didn't know that was a thing you were supposed to do, and as mentioned above, amongst all the rubbish there are some I actually want. I don't use any other cashback sites so no chance of someone else getting the commission.
But, they never do!
Hello,
Your Missing Cashback Claim for The National Lottery (26 Aug 16) has been updated.
This claim was previously 'On Ice' meaning it couldn't be submitted to the merchant until now ( 7 days after purchase).
Unless you hear otherwise, you don't currently need to do anything, we will submit your claim to the merchant.
Edit: although at £10
I signed up on Saturday evening.
A lot of this frustration must be placed at Matt, the TCB rep. The trouble he causes on MSE and probably other social sites is unbelievable! Maybe time for him to step aside as he's clearly out of his depth! Cookies lol.
Everything crossed that it passes go quickly and we get our cash.
Just need it to go to confirmed and payable now
What started off as a denial has had some effort put in.
Claim Status: Waiting for Website support team
Merchant: The National Lottery
No actual £27 pending yet though
You don't need to do anything at this point, but you can view your claim to check the status and for more information.
Now we have submitted your claim, we have to wait for a response from the retailer. This may take 2 – 3 months, but please be assured we will be in touch as soon as we have an update.
WTF, Just effing fantastic 2 to 3 months just because tcb messed up
Claim Status: Waiting for Merchant
Once confirmed, it should go to payable fairly quickly.
Should move to confirmed soon if it's going to be paid within seven or eight weeks.
Bad reviews though, so may need a fight.
Nothing has ever showed as pending or on my account. In future i'm just going to buy what I want and not bother with cashback websites. Would rather have no cashback than be anticipating some but for it to take so long and possibly not credit anyway
Others also reported problems with nothing showing on their account after signing up and depositing.
Only thing that shows on my account is the click to merchant, and then I sent them proof of deposit (made within 30 minutes of clicking to the merchant)
Had the email saying I received cashback on my account and the claim shows as "Waiting for Member Comments"
Under earnings it shows as confirmed.... 7 weeks until it can be cashed out though :disappointed:....
The National Lottery 26 Aug 2016 £10.00
£27.00
confirmed
The National Lottery
Estimated Payable 7 weeks!!!!!!!!!
I expected this be be confirmed by now. In fact it should be just about ready to pay.
Are you waiting on £27 and a £15 transaction? 42 in total?
Still pending for above
Waiting for £27, nothing else.
Some tend to take seven months or more, rather then the seven weeks estimate.
For the seven weeks to be accurate, then some must be paid before they've even taken the offer!
Credit must go to Pateo for the idea of emailing the managing director and finding the email address. Good work m8!
