These were reduced to £17.00 in asda Wolstanton today, the lady who served me said they were only reduced today.
It's locked to Vodafone but unlock codes are only a couple of quid.
Will do nice as a spare phone at that price, got it all set up and it's updated to marshmallow so you can use the sd storage feature if you want more than the 8gb internal.
Unsure if nationwide but the price was on a printed shelf edge label.
EDIT: forgot to mention no top up was needed either.

Tried Oldbury and no Moto E"s on the display. Tried Great Bridge and again nowt. The young man in their phone shop said they didn't do them, only the G"s. Checked on his system and found E"s but only unlocked at £55.00.
OP may have got lucky.

Nice phone. I only miss a flash/torch and geotagged photos from my LG G2, although the photo quality isn't as good. Has Android 6 and if you don't use it a lot, the battery lasts a long time with the Doze feature.

Hot for price but isn't worth more than around £30 tbh. Hella slow bulky and disappointing...
