I cancel my order for black version single sim from Tesco, here I will receive dual sim phone and £3 cheaper (even paid £4.95 for DPD home delivery).
Use trial WHICH for a £1 and get £20 off £150.
Quidco 2% off.
If you prefer the black version single sim, the price is the same.
OP To make you aware, next day delivery is £9.95 and uses DX Secure. They will not allow collection from a depot or deliver to a neighbour as they require a signature from the actual address. They also do not give timeslots (only 8am-6pm), and if you are like me and work weekdays, it was a nightmare.

Just gonna throw the redmi note 3 into this mix!
And while we are all here, here we go! This is based on a new Moto, new Redmi and used LG G3 (to keep the price)
CPU: Redmi>LG G3>Moto G4
GPU: Redmi>LG G3>Moto G4
RAM: Redmi>LG G3>Moto G4
Screen: LG G3>Moto G4>Redmi
Camera: LG G3/Moto G4(camera is actually pretty good on the g4 with some tinkering)>Redmi
Fast Charge: Moto G4>Redmi>LG G3(none)
Warranty: Moto G4>Redmi>LG G3
Pure Android Experiance: Moto G4
Price: Used LG G3 sub £130, Moto G4 around £130, Redmi (3gb snapdragon variant) £140
Winner: There is no winner. Its up to your personal preference. Someone may want warranty and not be bothered about brute power, someone may want pure power but to have quick charge and someone might want lots of power, a decent camera but are not bothered about fast charge. You might want NFC, so you would disregard the redmi and the moto, you might want a finger print scanner so you buy the redmi.
All in all, all are pretty decent mid range phones with some having perks over others. Buy what you want, choose well, don't moan about one phone being better, be glad your not on iOS.
Thank me later, toodles

I wouldn't get all sensitive about it, it is just a phone after all. But let's keep to the fact, this won't have a warranty, full battery life, or dual sim capability. If you are going to compare new with used, at least find a used G4 and compare that with it, it would be a bit more realistic.

Fistly, this deal is dependant on signing up to Which.
Secondly, postage to central belt of Scotland, just 20 mlies south of Glasgow and never been 'penalised' by anyone else, is £14.95
So..........bought this afternoon from John Lewis for £159, 2 years warranty, and pick up tomorrow afternoon from local Waitrose.
Nobody else treats us as if we live in the back of beyond, so this is Appliance Direct's loss!!

Chill on the idiots comment or you'll end up getting reported.
Now you consider the LG G3 a better phone and it is, however you don't take in to consideration that many people want to buy a new phone with all the advantages that gives them.
You've clearly given an option of a used phone and when challenged on this you've become agressive. You must accept that people all have different opinions and yours is not solely the right opinion/reasoning for all circumstances. If this vexes you then it won't do you any good to express it in this forum.
Lastly you call out people for being idiots for not siding with your opinion, your opinion is one of many and does not fit all circumstances, this is something you will have to work out how to deal with yourself.

Liking my G4 so far - upgraded from an original Note.
Got mine free on the 24 month contract deal which was posted. £12.50 a month - less after cash back - for same as I was getting on Giffgaff.

I will never buy another Xioami phone, ever.
Purchased one for my mother last year, it is very slow and keeps multiplying her contacts list (she now has 5,000 when she only has 200) and all emails bounced when we tried to contact the 'official' UK seller.

The Snapdragon 617 is actually comparable to a 805. The G4 also has a more natural display, longer supported OEM updates, dual sim, much better Android experience, better design and materials and warranty being a new phone better cameras and battery life.

We are both off the post - nothing to do with OPs post at all......however-
Fo3 went totally off on a tangent with his new verses pre owned see post #7,9,12 etc based on your post #27
"I would never buy a used phone. Don't know what the previous owner has done to the battery etc. Plus my missus has a G3 which I have drummed into her never to over-charge, never leave on charge while watching vids/using to excess while plugged in etc etc. Her battery lasts just over 8 hours on a 9 month old phone. Screw buying used thanks very much"
so I chipped in about refurbs based on your post #27
so thats how!

I told staff to log any drop calls etc and monitor the quality as we have the "No Quibble" 4 week amazon return policy (2 weeks more than a new apple iPhone!) - all good so far I think we have a week left of testing, then a 12 month apple guarantee.
It is physically impossible to tell a referb iPhone to a new iPhone.
Both totally over priced but all our staff love them - for personal use and work. Got to keep them happy.

I think its always best to compare like for like i.e. new for new or preowned with preowned. Unless you are buying a house!
As I said in a previous thread the Moto "E" with a £35.00 128GB SD stick for £29 plus £10 topup - NEW - is outstanding.
Based on this experience and nine years of iPhone ownership I would say this is a cracking deal HOT

A new battery is under £10 if by some rare occurance a barely used phone has a knackered battery. Dual sim - No. But the Moto G4 doesn't have a Snapdragon 801 flagship processor, QHD screen or the other numerous features the G3 has.

20 Aug 163#14
I don't have time for dealing with idiots. Regardless if it's used, you can get a barely used condition LG G3 for less than a used Moto G4. For example;
To all normal people, who have a fully functioning brain. Seriously consider checking ebay for a used LG G3 D855 model, you can get a good condition, barely used one for under £130 on a regular basis, with specs that stomp all over the moto G4.

Where? All I can see are 2nd hand ones scratched to death (probably get blocked too knowing the scum that sell on eBay) Chinese knock offs with qHD displays (at about £125) and G3s phones. G3 is way more than £100 for a decent condition one.
Opening post
Use trial WHICH for a £1 and get £20 off £150.
