Thought the 4th gen had a 5.5 inch screen,? those specs look like a 3rd gen to me,
This Play model does appear to be closer to the third gen specs.

Almost everything posted in description is mistake, even images of the phone it's for 4G Plus with finger print scanner. To be hones I'm not sure what phone they want to sell. Regrading title and some info I think it's Moto G 4G Play. See below
Who ever runs the Argos site is an idiot, titles/descriptions are always wrong.

No, Moto G Play is part of the 4th Gen series. It is essentially a Moto G (3rd Gen) with some compromises made (CPU / Camera / Battery) and features dropped (IPX7 waterproof) to reduce the overall retail price. It looks like they are aiming for this to be sold at £100 or less.
Why would you want this? Smaller screen (5.0 vs 5.5) and Android updates (Android N and O).

If u want a 5" screen then go for the Moto E3 for £30 less

Yeah, this Moto G Play is not really needed - it's only a little faster than Moto E3 and otherwise identical - and will not be good value even at £100. Times have changed and you can get more for your money elsewhere.

16000GB! Worth it just to use as an external harddrive!

Personally I think the price could be better too, given that its actually cut down in some ways from the 3rd gen.
