square cabinets don't make geometric sense, you need a circular surround....Although I still miss that on occasion.

I know I've posted this deal on here, but now I'm having second thoughts as I feel this isn't a good quality board....does anyone know anything about it?

The quality of the board will be fine. It's got round wires, but that's not an issue for a practice board.
I haven't seen the cabinet in person, so wouldn't want to comment on its quality.

I'm not too fussed about the cabinet. I know I'm talking my own deal down, but I'd rather be honest and say that I've heard the board is of poor quality and after a very short period, the darts will either bounce of drop off, although not sure how true this.

This is a decent deal as the board by itself is selling for the same price in Argos.
If you don't need the cabinet and darts, I think the best dartboard deal at the moment is for the Target Phil Taylor branded board at Argos. It's only £14.99 and sells for quite bit more elsewhere. Link.
