I give you links to the contrary and you continue with further immaturity, and oh look name calling now. What about the fact that not all shoes are designated to correct sizing, both in length or width fit...what about those that are half sizes and find at certain times they can fit an 8 or a 9 depending on the shoe...what about anyone that is not you.
You really do come across like a teenager, yet the irony lies in your own postings.

Same here, really pleased with my boots, ordered a size up..size 9 and glad I did, tiny bit loose on one foot (most of us have one foot slightly smaller than the other) but certainly nothing heel grips will not sort out...and I think if I would have had 8's they may have been tight.

Mine are out with Hermes for delivery today, would not have known though unless I had emailed them for an update. Becoming more a problem that companies charge for delivery but do not have the decency to then update you with tracking reference details and expect all of us to have crystal balls. They should have the courtesy even if it is free delivery to provide the courier details and tracking reference if applicable, if you are actually paying for it it most certainly should be mandatory.
Had an item only last week at Boots click and collect, no email or SMS to state it had arrived in store as stated. Phoned to find as no surprise to myself that it was there for collection but no one had contacted me.

More BS from their CS email:
From when your order was pulled off???? Pulled off what? 5 working days from a non-existent date? These guys are crooks.
dewonderful
6 Sep 16#81
That sounds like BS. As soon as Hermes collect the parcel and scan it, the tracking is updated and gets updated often until delivered. The only reason the tracking is not being updated is because these GS clowns have not handed the parcels over to the courier yet. How come it's taken them a week to do that?
Hiltron09
6 Sep 16#80
Received mine at 21:30 last night (thanks courier) and can say they are acceptable for the price paid at first look. The finishing and QC could have been better rather than spending money on drawcord bags for each shoe. Certainly not of the build quality of a pair of loakes for example but better than a next or river island shoe.

Please don't expect a lot from these shoes! Received them and found they were just ok. Made in Italy is just farce. I was keen to look up the Italian family in Agra and found out that these are infact made by a firm called babaoverseas. Check their FB page.

Unfortunately they are not updating tracking as quickly as we would like.
If your order is not with you at Wednesday at the latest,
please email us over at [email protected] and mark it as urgent, and we will raise the issue with our courier account manager.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

Nice find OP.
Just thought I should mention that returns are not postage free if one should change their mind and/or the shoes/boots do not fit comfortably:
for those asking about where they are made... from an interview with the CEO
"Our branding is critical to our success: it’s aspirational, cool, sexy and men want to be associated with those qualities. No other footwear brand is creating content for social media and a club online like we are.
We spent two years looking for the right factories. We eventually found one run by an Italian family based in Agra, India. Then we spent months making sure all the checks and processes were being done to our high standards – especially the handwriting and attention to detail. Each shoe takes a month to make and goes through 200 processes."

FYI my width fitting as measured using the Mondopoint system is a GG. The only size 10's that probably wouldn't fit me are a pair of stilettos. Get over yourself and stop pontificating nonense "Coco" buff.

Don't just take my word for it, take their own [here], and just because you may be able to take narrow width shoes does not mean everyone else is the same as you, so less of the attitude and learn for once.

Bear in mind that the "Italian" label can be applied for as little as 1% of the manufacturing process taking place in Italy. Not saying it applies here but anything advertising Italian leather immediately makes me suspicious.
All it takes for a single component to be added in Italy and they can use the label despite 99% being stitched and glued in China
