Maybe your oven is crap? They're crispy within about 6 minutes in mine.

they always lie with their times normally speaking so I bet this is at least 15 mins.. even still I got 1.5kg chips just two ingredients potatoes and sunflower oil from ALDI for like 80p or something..

These do go crispy in my oven after 5 minutes unlike other frozen chips it must be your oven.
