really bad tasting noodles.
I'm a fan of Maggi 2 minute noodles. these Maggi 3 minute noodles are totally different. the noodles are different and even the flavouring is different for the what is meant to be the same flavour.

I tried these Maggi noodles a while back and thought they were very average (I'm surprised they're so huge in places like India, but you can't be sure they're made the same as the ones we get in the UK). Koka noodles are a bit better and probably the best of the super-cheap (sub-50p a packet) noodles.
Me? I go "upmarket" a bit and buy the more expensive Nongshim Shin Yamyun which are 70p a pop for a large packet in Tesco. Can be a bit too spicy for some (use less of the powder or add more water if that's the case for you), but I love them.
All I beg of you is to avoid Super Noodles at all costs - of the many noodle brands I've tried, this was rock bottom by some margin (and I do like Pot Noodle in case you think I'm a noodle "snob").

Dangerous levels of lead apparently found in Maggi:
That's awhile back now - there are questions about the testing methodology too.

Yeah, this is the standard price in Asda, Poundland and B&M. Maggi are okay as a soup noodle but very bland if you prepare them by boiling all the water off ala Batchelors.
You can't beat Koka noodles for taste and they're cheaper by weight at 25p for an 85g pack at Home Bargain. Stir Fry is especially yummy, beef is really good while curry isn't anything special but the actual noodles have a nicer texture than the likes of Batchelors and the cheap own brands (Lidl, Aldi, Asda, Tesco) which feel too fatty. Genuine far-eastern noodles like Koka, Indo Me and Nissin don't have the same rubbery feel as western made noodles for some reason.

Only if the Maggi noodles were made in the UK for the UK market. Maggi is the no. 1 noodle in India and probably in Malaysia and Singapore too. Koka is a Singaporean substitute for Maggi but to my knowledge is primarily an export product, so you can't get Koka noodles in Singapore (well, even if you could, people would buy Maggi over it any day)
Forget these bland 3 minute ones and get the imported 2 minute ones.

Koka noodles are the best, but these are great as well. Heat added.

I've not seen food that glows luminous like these since the 80's. And they all vanished because of the illegal ingredients crackdown.

I prefer the own and foreign brands if i'm honest.
The consistency of these Maggi 3 min ones are a bit weak and the flavours taste a bit rubbish.
