Another M&S customer too blinkered to actually look elsewhere - if you'd ever looked inside Primark you'd have seen that there's plenty of 100% cotton to be had. You'd also have spotted that M&S 'quality' these days isn't a patch on what it used to be, and is only marginally better than Primark. Sometimes no better at all.
And as for those shirts, you'll find much better quality shirts from firms like Brook Taverner (far better made, with better cloth) at lower prices.
M&S is living on its past reputation, with high prices and indifferent quality, which is why its clothing sales continue to fall. It needs people like you.

Your points reset but you still get the benefits from the points collected in the year for another year. So you then have another year to collect more points to maintain the same benefits for the following year. E.G. if you have enough points for priority access on your anniversary date your points are reset to zero but you keep priority access for another year.

This is phase 2 summer sale - its mostly the high summer lines that don't get reduced at the start of the summer. There won't be anywhere near as many sales as previous years since Steve Rowe took over as CEO a few months back.

But does that mean although you will have 0 Sparks you will still have the benefits of the level of Priority Access etc that you had before the reset?

Errrrr, that's not true. You enjoy your Polyester mix work shirt from Primark and I'l enjoy the cool cotton shirt from M&S. Yes it might cost 4 times the cost, but it'll last 4 times as long and when you're wearing something for 10-12 hrs a day, sometimes that bit of quality is well worth it,

The average M&S customer might be very surprised to find that instead of their Sparks points they can buy what are very similar products, made to a similar quality in many cases, for not much more than a third of the M&S price. M&S rely on the fact that most of their regular customers won't set foot in Primark.
Tesco, Sainsbury et al used to take a similar view of Aldi and Lidl.............

I have 4984 points and I just bought £32 worth of goods around 5pm today..my sparks points still haven't been added on so no priority access for me...besides this Sparks card really doesn't benefit me much...I never have any offers for goods I actually buy from Marks..

This offer is working with other multi-buy offers e.g. sale mens luxury shirts £45 each or buy 2 with the sale preview discount and normal multi buy discount and they work out at £15 each. Also the picnic ware offer on the home section gives 50% off and extra discounts when you buy any 3.
