I recently did an experiment worth one batch of beer brewed with 5 different sugars and the molasses was the standout. It was like tasting those lovely burnt raisins on the edge of a fruit cake and quite Christmassy. Will definitely use it again.

Found a few tins in two sainsburys locals Leeds 6 - hope it's not going to be discontinued in bigger stores although now have about 2/3 year supply

I always always have this in my baking cupboard. Mainly use it for flapjacks- quick, easy and got the goodness of porridge oats. I have had a tin explode on the cupboard once. Was like gunfire haha
