Prepare to be disappointed if you expect these sets to be an investment. Every man and his dog has stockpiled these and competition on eBay will be rife. However, a good deal for a personal collection.

Sainsburys do as I already posted eg Ashford Bybrook currently has Falcon and Kylo's in stock however they are full RRP.

My local Tesco Extra used to do the big sets - was great to pick up some bargains after Christmas. However, since Tesco's slump they've stopped doing so and now only stock sets up to about £40 in value.

I remember in the lead up to last Christmas when the Falcon was in a false short-supply and people mistakenly thought it would be a limited/collectable item (bizarre given that Lego announced it was their second biggest selling product worldwide) that it was going for £130+ by itself.

just to give people the heads up, if you are going to buy these then try and get them instore as I've just had an expensive lego set delivered to store with asda and the box was all battered as they only wrapped it in thin plastic.
Needless to say its being returned.

I had some from them before, quite big sets and they were just in thin plastic mailing film or whatever it's called. All bashed up. Rubbish compared to Amazon who always pack in cardboard boxes with cushioning.
