LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes Batcave 76052 has cool separate mini figures for Batman and Robin's alter-egos, so enter the secret doorway as Bruce and Dick, and slide down the Batpoles as LEGO DC Super Heroes! This LEGO model of the Batcave as seen in the classic 1960s TV series features 2 Batpoles for Batman and Robin to slide down, a selection of Bat-gadgets, helipad, plus a Batmobile and Batcopter.

Just look at the price the minifigures alone are being sold for on eBay.

I will take a pic for you next week - it's in manageable bits at the moment as i'm decorating the mancave. Hoping to put it back together early next week and get a bricklink order in for most of the the rest of the stuff I need to finish it.

I must be getting old or just poor.
How is this worth £184? Its a small quantity of lego...
Or am I missing the point somewhere?

That point would be it's price point is relative to the brick count and that it is a 'licensed' set, not only that a very popular one in retro classic batman.

It's a lot bigger than it looks in the pics. £184 isn't a bad price when considering the cost of Lego these days.

What are Smyths like on Home Delivery? This going to come in a separate box or just with a postal sticker smacked on the front and some dents for good measure?

I just received a Lego TFA Millennium Falcon from Flubit that was fulfilled by Smyths. Arrived in perfect condition within a very sturdy shipping box. Also delivered by Hermes - when a service relies so much on private deliveries, it can be very hit or miss whether they treat your parcel kindly.

To be clear, this is probably the cheapest you are going to see it in the UK.

Smyths home delivery is truly shocking. ordered my boy a skylandsrs starter set, with about 10 figures. Hermes delivery driver squashed it in the weelie bin & didn't put a card through the door!

Well that certainly makes me reluctant, how'd Smyths react to that did you get replacement/refund or just nah?!

You're right. The Batcopter was kept at GCPD's helipad, not in the Batcave. :stuck_out_tongue:

My 6 year old has just got into Lego the past year and is starting to want the bigger models but I'm dreading when he gets to this stage at these prices

I have this set. The figures are a great selection, the batmobile is great and the copter does not belong here at all. I have the 3x the parts that make up the tallest part of it, and hoping to make a proper section of 60s Wayne Manor, I have so far succeeded making a proper sized drawing room with the batpole exit and a sturdy batcave base that is surprisingly not much bigger than the cave part of this set, despite being 80 studs wide x 48 studs deep.
