Excellent reviews across the net as you would expect from a brand like Kettler (we have go karts & they are great quality) & it has a 3 year parts and labour warranty

they are the same except blue but he was adament they are different bikes and they wud not do a swop. My very first order with them so not impressed at all. Very dissapointed as these were the start of my xmas shopping and wud av been fab.

I requested a full refund as I told them other than delivering bad news there was delivery of no physical product. Therefore what are they charging for. I was told a refund had been processed for the delivery charges. Lets see if the actual credit comes thru.

They emailed me back saying that delivery charge will not be refunded as that is not in their normal terms. Seems a bit off to me. I didn't cancel the item they did. Not very good customer service.

Received a refund from John Lewis. But they did not refund delivery charges of £3.50. So I've sent email to customer services. Just a heads up so others can check if they received a full refund.

Same here. I worked at JL in the late 90s to help pay for my uni expenses. I recall back then how everything was about the customer being number 1. Their digital team clearly didn't go on that training.
I refuse to believe a company with as much money as JL doesn't have an ecommerce platform with accurate stock levels.

John Lewis are utter "insert profanity". I just got an email of cancellation for my balance bike order as they are out of stock. This wasn't even a HOT deal when I ordered it!
I think it's probably my 4th order from John Lewis in the past 2 years which has been cancelled by them.
