Dropped the price in Morrison to clear by the looks of it. RRP is well over £100!

Should do no problem using the dirtblaster lance. My ageing Karcher 520M does the job great and is only a little more powerful than this one. You'll have to get close for tough spots.
Nothing more satisfying than pressure washing a patio. I need to get out more.

The price is good but karcher pressure washers do not last,I know this from personal experience, the pumps are plastic and fail/start to leak very quickly, they are all show and not much go.
Better off buying a nilfisk, they don't look as pretty as a karcher but they last !

Thanks for this! Picked one up today from Guiseley store (near Leeds). There were 6 left at 1pm today. You'll have to ask cos they're in the warehouse. Also picked up a 5l tub of detergent for £5 (rrp £20) but that was last one. Also got 10% off with colleague discount card, so absolute steal!:sunglasses:

I got this one for £58 from B&Q before start of summer but it was £48 in Argos at that time. Worth for cars and small patios/porch.

If it only had ten hours use within the confidence of a two year warranty then you obviously did not use it very much and it must have had an inherent fault from manufacture.
I cannot comment personally on the quality (or lack of) with Nilfisk as I do not own one, but to be honest a negative review like the one by yourself would be one I gloss over as insubstantial.
180 bar for £80 with wash100 code
For some reason it wont let me add to basket though

I have (or had) the linked pressure washer and I suspect my review is still on amazon for it.
Great to begin with and then died in a cloud of smoke after about ten hours max use. This was a month beyond warranty too which was irritating
Would not recommend nilfisk based on my experience.

Anyone thinking of buying a this deal should listen to this advice and buy the nilfisk posted above instead.
It took me 4 broken karchers (including two k4's) to take notice of people's advice to buy a nilfisk,I wish I had taken on board the advice sooner.

lol, that only works on some of the faulty lances and even then not always for long. This happened to the one that came with my washer so Karcher sent me a replacement; which did exactly the same thing so I decided to look for a better fix.

I think Karcher are a bit hit-or -miss. Been a hit for me though. I've had mine since Tesco were giving them away free with their car insurance (think that'll be about 8 or 9 years ago now) and it's in weekly use all through the spring, summer and autumn months (patio cleaning, blasting the mud off the mx bike etc.). But with what I'm reading here I'm not sure if I'd get another or not when this one eventually dies on me.

I picked up one for £32 in Tesco in a New Year sale, just the K2 none of the atatchements. Figured if it lasted a year that would be pretty good. That was in 2015 and its still going fine.
It actually been very good, plenty powerful enough for cleaning slabs using the lance (messy) and works fine on the car.
Wouldn't pay £50 for one with the bits though.

Yep me too, my Karcher split along the pump unit, common problem with the K2 model, now using Nilfisk, will see how long it lasts !

I got one of these on sale from amazon. It's came I handy washing the motorbike and bicycle. It will clean down your yard and that but I would worry about using it for long periods. We get a petrol one in to do the whole yard once a year but this will do bits ok but I wouldn't try to push it too hard.
I'd say it would be grand for washing the car too though I haven't tried it as the car is at front of house and have to run hose thru the house :disappointed:
I wouldn't expect this to do big jobs but is really good and handy for small jobs

That's the one.
Take the cone head off the lance. Put the black washer to one side. Take the orange thing out. Take the white thing out. Make sure the hole in the metal part of the white thing is clear and bang it deeper into the white thing. Reassemble the head. Put the washer on the lance shaft, reattach the head. You should now have a working dirtblaster again :man:

I bought one of these from the refurb shop two years ago. It's still going strong and it's had a fair bit of use. Mine came with with a vario lance, dirtblaster lance and patio cleaner.
The dirtblaster lance has a design fault that means you have to strip it down and "adjust it's innards" from time to time which is not that difficult and only takes 2 min's but it can be annoying.
It would be a bargain at this price if it wasn't for the Nilfisk above and the problems with the dirtblaster lance.

My Karcher's lance often refuses to spray in a cone shape and instead just produces a small single stream going off to one side. If I bang it hard on the ground that will often start the cone spray working again. Is that the kind of fault you're referring to?

I've had the K2 for years and no problems whatsoever. You do have to use the Lance which is slower for really dirty paving slabs.
Both are budget washers at this price (and inflated RRPs), but the Nilfisk is much better. I had to replace my Karcher twice due to cracked plastic pump heads. Can find loads of others on HUKD with the same issue and a quick Google search will show it up too.
Don't think this is a good deal I'm afraid.

The one in B&Q is a compact machine, the one in Morrison's looks a bit sturdier. Also you don't get the patio tool which saves so much time!

This is also available from B&Q for £48. But based upon the pictures, looks like you get more accessories with the Morrisons one.
