No veggie options typical for these supermarkets just hitting the broad market for the quick coin, with no real consideration of actual Indian food which isn't chicken every dish (it's like they can't breed them quick enough!) and god knows what goes into these dishes at these prices.. an incentive to avoid ready meals when I want Indian staples like dosa, sambar, daal makhini, bindi massalla, muttar paneer..

The £3 curries are much better than these packs but you can't grumble too much for the price.
If you're having a curry as a treat, you're better off going to a reputable takeaway/restaurant, spend 3 times the price but get the flavours and the satisfaction.

Spend 3 times. Really? You are telling me your take away/ restaurant charges £12 for two mains, rice, nan and onion bahjis? Please post the deal.

Aldi's £1.39 I really like them. Very tasty imo and would recommend. Tend to add another chicken thigh and some soy sauce but nice on there own too

I think that Asda currys are awful. They were pretty good but they changed them about 12 months ago

Thats far to far away, my Asda is only 2 miles away, plus it would be cold by the time I got back from the states.

For those of us on a budget, this is good value, not the best curry around but a bargain never the less.
