One of the best albums I've ever bought, I still play it obnoxiously loud in my car frequently.

Is this album really 16 years old already? Wow. Awesome album though from start to finish, highly recommended..

First album I ever bought. One of a few albums I like all the tracks on.
Funny tidbit: When I bought this, my friend said I was turning into a goth. As the years passed, I stayed the same but he ended up growing his hair long, walking around in leather/ripped denim and became a 'metal head'. He was against all these stereotypes when he was younger. We still laugh about it to this day.

Got to say, listened to it recently and thought, 'did i really listen to this type of music back then'?
Either it hasn't aged well, or I haven't.

No it sounds very dated to 2016 ears but to Y2K ears it was a new and fresh sound and highly influential to many have that have come and gone since.

I'd say it's you. Although LP have been copied by a hundred other bands, so I guess if you listen to some of those, these will feel less unique. I personally think this and Meteora have aged very well indeed. I still listen to them regularly at the gym etc.

Still listen to this album and meteora (I think that's what it's called) in the gym during the heavier tiring sessions  still sounds good surprisingly 16 years on!

Great Album. Started me on my LP love affair. MeteorA is my favourite but this is where they came good.

It's their first album. You're saying they 'came good' on their first album. Which would mean they were good from the start and the concept of when they 'came good' doesn't really apply. Do you know it's their first album?
This is a great album though, like Meteora, it's a bit short. They're only about 36 minutes. I used to feel a little cheated by LP because their albums were so short. All killer, no filler though. Such Nu Metal

I probably meant the first album that got me into them - I had the remix album first re-animation and then sought out the albums the remixes were from, and this one was the first I got. Big fan of the Jay Z mash ups as well.

My first and favourite album of all time. Love every track from it and recently became the first album I ever bought on vinyl. This and Meteora their best 2 but I still got the rest. Love LP!
