These are absolutely no good for anyone with low or even medium pressure showers (non electric). The smaller the better.

Welsh Water gave away a 'Typhoon' shower head recently which has been amazing for us. It really does increase pressure (was previously using this shower head). I think it's around the £20 mark on Amazon but check to see if you can get one or similar free from your water supplier first :smiley:

Cold. But also sometimes hot, or in between.

I'm not a giant, only 6' 2", will it be any goo for me?
