I reckon it cost more than £6.5m to build somehow...
Assume you're a West Ham fan, with that logic / poor maths?

Soon to be named the Tesco value stadium

Ah excellent, pay to enter a stadium the public funded and West Ham secured with a lot of backhanders. Joe Public is will pay for the turnstile staff, stewards etc.. same staff that every other club in the country pay for themselves.

we pay for it to be built and now we pay to enter it?

I'd say "I know, and what's that got to do with it?".

Yeah but your going to be miles from the pitch because of the running track

Obviously you don't know about the retractable seating that goes over the running track.
The stadium is already sold out with season tickets and that's after the capacity has already been increased from the original amount.
I do love the bitterness. We've had some luck and have taken full advantage of it. A club on the up.
And for everyone moaning that they paid for the stadium. We all may have contributed to the stadium but the stadium is still in the hands of the taxpayer and will actually turn a profit with all the other events that will go on throughout the year. Better that then the stadium sitting dormant losing money so you should really think twice about starting that argument.

Ok so it listed cost, where to buy tickets, mention who was playing and what the competition was.
If you ask me, for anyone who is interested, that would be enough info to then look into it further.
As for my bridge, I will not tell you how to find it, get your own. Though if you get a good deal, you could share it to increase your batting average.....oh welcome to my ignore list, oh self entitled one.

People saying West Ham shouldn't move into the stadium probably would prefer it if gathered dust like the dome did. They are staying within Newham and were the only option.

Only single seats left in limited areas. Great deal if you got tickets at this price.

West Ham should have put their new stadium out in Southend, all their fans have move out to Essex.
Still very good deal, thanks Op.

Lots of them moved to Essex in the 1950s too. And the grandchildren of those people still support WHUFC. The same could be said of most London clubs. Lots of Spurs and Arsenal fans in Essex and Hertfordshire.

£5 tickets are kids only (title wants changing). There is literally only single seats left for the match. Heat though.

Don't forget the dreaded booking fees which are hidden until the last stage of the process

It's standard practice to offer at least some information, go back under your bridge.

Wouldn't hurt to put dates, times, transport links, links to info on the OP really. Bit sparse!

Yeah OP. Can you please PM me to ask what dates etc I'm available for. Check availability and broker a ticket purchase for me.
As it is I can't be bothered to click the Ticketmaster link and find out myself.

Don't think there's any £5 tickets left. Several £10 and £15 ones left though

The £5 tickets are only for under 16s as far as I can see. The title should be amended to reflect this

Is there any way to pick exact seats? Would prefer end of row seats but can't find out to do it (I'm on mobile so that may be why)

West Ham have played a blinder with this. the stadium will net them more money, more publicity and a greater following

They have to fill it first. They aren't a big London team so them attracting a following outside of travellers camps is unlikely. :P
