Am I the only person with a dishwasher that just spits these powerballs out into a gooey mess on the base of the washer? Not being funny but we get the best results from Tesco's own everyday value 30 for £1.60. I know, they sound cack but surprisingly good results.

Lidl all-in-one are cheap and highly rated in comparison tests. Aldi and Sainsbury's own brand also.

Yes - put them so the 'ball' is face down in your dishwasher tablet compartment - there's less surface contact and it never happens then, at least it hasn't with me since doing it.

Avoid "classic" they are the equivalent of say ASDA Smartprice. For the All in 1... Well dishwasher tabs need to be around 5-6p for it to be hot (because the well-rated own brand tabs are around the 7-8p mark)... So for me this is cold sorry OP.
