Almost at biting point for me - cheaper than CD Keys - although both sites have been dismissed by some as 'grey sellers' which....although probably a lie/bullocks does put some off. Bear in mind this will be £3.74 at Christmas. But for all those who can't wait until then...

It depends on the source though, 'grey market' covers a wide area and possibilities range from 'legally bought from another area cheaper' to 'bought through somewhat illicit means'.
On G2A, anyone can sell keys. CDKeys sell them from themselves, so have their own reputation to uphold.

what's the risk with buying " grey market" games, have people regretted it?

The risk is that uplay/origin/steam will just cancel the key, removing the game from your account. Usually in such cases you can get another key from the provider, but sometimes they will just shrug, and you lose out. Obviously you can use credit card/paypal chargebacks etc. but the proving may be difficult.
There was a big fuss about a year ago when a big game had a significant number of greymarket keys revoked, -something like 30-50% of those sold at one site.

maybe I read it wrong, but greenmangaming is definitely legit and an authorised reseller.

It is. However, 1 mess up on The Witcher and suddenly it's less legit than "A Genuine Lock of Hair from Jesus" on ebay. :smirk:

Er, it's certainly not "a lie/bullocks" to call them grey market sellers, it just doesn't bother some people (including me).
EDIT: oops, didn't mean to include GMG who are (mostly) authorised sellers except for the questions over the Witcher, which again doesn't bother me.

That's useful to know, but it wasn't quite that long ago look I nipped back there and bought it then for your lower price:
