Most mouthwash is just water, alcohol, sweetener, and flavouring. If you get it alcohol-free then its just menthol flavour water.

This CB12 stuff has a few more components which work well. I suffer from horrific bad breath (well, my partner suffers, I don't really notice), and this is the only stuff that works. Normal mouthwash won't even change my breath immediately after using, with CB12 I'm fresh for 2-3 hours and not disgusting for most of the day.

Probably fake...pretty sure HB got caught selling fake products before on that Fake Britain show

it's impossible to be definitive about what causes bad breath. there are multiple causes, not all are related to digestion or your mouth.

Wow. I just paid a tenner for this stuff!!!

My dentist told me not to use mouth wash because one of the reasons of mouth cancer and other infections, I was really surprise and suggested to control my diet and brush twice a day and it works perfectly.

Gum disease is another big cause especially when the plaque builds up beneath the gums which regular brushing won't remove. Regular hydration and sipping water through the day also helps alleviate foul breath. Wisdom teeth becoming pockets for food to be trapped. The list is almost endless it's different for different people you just have to cover all bases and find what works for you
