Very cheap VR Headset can't go wrong at this price.
Suitable for phones ranging from 4.5-5.5 inches.
Great fun for about 30mins if you just want to try out VR

My Dad is a wind-up tight wad. He had us kids, his five children, for three weeks expecting something Really Really Special. Then finally, one afternoon he produces a single piece of lame cardboard that supposedly doubled as a VR headset...

Worth it for a quick bit of fun but they can make you really travel sick, go easy and start with one or two YouTube videos before you pay for games/apps.
I have one but I can only watch one or two things before it starts getting to me and I out grew travel sickness a lot of years ago.
Try this little horror one, Best one I've found:

Might want to invest in some Optical Glass lenses, depending on what is provided. I bought the kit a couple of years ago, but it came with resin lenses which were horribly distorted. Ultra clear lenses are available on Amazon/eBay for under £1 - would make a world of difference to anyone trying out the VR capabilities of their phone.

Got a Google Cardboard for free from the big Google stand in my local Currys PC World (Wandsworth) just by asking. There's no confirm button on the promo ones but still fun to try!

These are pretty rubbish having had one once. Can get decent plastic headsets with comfortable straps and built in headphones, fully adjustable lenses and focus point for around £25 from amazon. I have a bobovr for example, good enough to play elite dangerous on with head tracking!

Agreed. And add the little bit extra more to get a decent graphics card, processor, etc.

If you've got a Tiger (http://uk.flyingtiger.com/en-gb) nearby, these can be got for a £1, which is clearly more than the deal above, but you won't wait for postage

Bought one last time on deal.
Flimsy and light, took about 3 weeks to come.
Best fun me and the kids had for an afternoon for 70 odd pence in ages.
Ended up in the bin a week later but fun for the price.
