A friend was looking for a cheap washing machine and found this, he had one of these delivered to local Argos for collection same day. Reduced from £179.99 to £149.99, A++ rated, 6Kg load and 1200rpm spin.
'Standard Delivery' is FREE, can take several days but they do text you a 2 hour delivery slot.
If you need it quick, you can collect from your local Argos.
It's nothing special, it's the cheapest of the cheap in the world of washing machines... these are made by Haier, and a similar Haier machine on ao.com is £219.
Looks quite smart in a understated sort of way, and seems to do the job. It probably won't last forever, but if you are looking for a cheap washing machine and must have new, I don't think there's much cheaper about.
Not much else to say... I know it's not a Zanussi/Bosch/AEG etc., it's just a cheap washing machine!

Bought this last week, returned as the dial was not turning and stayed In same place for 2 hrs. Rang customer support he said this is common problem.this was on the first wash.

My mate's is still going strong, he hasn't managed to break it yet.
I'm not exactly sure what the programmer does on his, but I know it does stop for significant lengths of time on the long washes.
