It's back!!! probably the best broadband phone and tv deal around. And this time TBC HAS CONFIRMED THE CASHBACK AND £100 mastercard!!!
DONT MISS OUT!! It takes 2 mins!!

FYI!!!
I will give a breakdown and how to get it,this is a 12 month contract to i will give yearly figures to keep it simple.
All figures have been rounded up or down to the nearest £1 depending on how i felt at that moment.

https://www.topcashback.co.uk/bt_total_broadband/

Ok my HUK Dealers doing the dealings here is the best broadband + TV + Phone deal i have seen on the market.

Cost
Package = £180 per year Choose Entertainment Plus + Unlimited Infinity 1 which gives 52mb fibre broadband + TV + Sports + AMC

Line rental = £205 per year You must select to pay 12 months line rental upfront on the 2nd page. This will give a 10% discount off the usual line rental

Activation and delivery roughly £60

How to get the Deal and only pay £180 per year.
USE TOPCASHBACK - TCB will give £162.75 cashback on this package

After you have installed TV and broadband you must go to BT website and claim a preloaded £100 mastercard.

Over the 12 month contract you will pay 180+205+60 = £445

From cash back and mastercard you will receive in total £262

445-262 = £183

WRONG PRICE AS POSTED, EDIT THE DEAL, IT'S MISLEADING.

Too much of a gamble on getting the large payment from TCB / Quidco which is never guaranteed. I have been paid most before but not all. Not voted.

So people have voted 471% hot on a deal which has incorrect figures all over it? And the numbers still haven't been corrected?

I might post a deal for a Rolls Royce Phantom for £50 if that's the case!

op's package = £270/yr (£22.50/mnth) + £262.03 one off fee = £530.03
tcb cashback should be £162.75
BT prepaid card = £125

£530.03 - £162.75 - £125 = £242.28/12 = £20.19 pm

In the OP:

I am pretty sure the £180 there is wrong, OP I think swapped in his discounted value when he should have used the pre-discount value i.e. cashback and bt reward card were removed from the 180 figure.

OP is also using an old deal but from his instructions it now works out at about £20 per month

That £100 reward card currently makes the offer (albeit lower cashback) better than the one I got. Never mind.

Wonder if it's worth trying to claim the reward card, seems to be very little information as to when the offer is on/off?

Not a great start with BT, activation date was 2nd, waited all day Friday but couldn't connect to broadband, yesterday they said it would be at least the 13th before it is working. Bit of a nightmare as all the TV we watch is on Netflix and Now TV, we've gone from perfectly fine broadband to nothing.

For all the complaints, I wouldn't have known about this deal had it not been posted, and although I didn't get the one advertised, I'm happy with my lot.

I've taken out:

TV Starter
BT Sport (free 12 months, 3 months free HD)
Infinity Option 1 Unlimited Fibre
Weekend calls
Caller display

Works out as £10 a month, plus a total of £272.03 up front (line rental, Infinity activation at £49, TV activation at a tenner, and delivery).

Also Quidco has tracked at £155.

So all in all, £237.08 for the year, or £19.75 a month - £60 more than the OP, but cheaper than the SSE Fibre deal, hopefully more reliable, and I get BT sport as well. We've taken out Sky Q Silver Box Sets for £12 a month so had no use for the higher BT TV package.

Dude are you serious?!? The deal was posted over a week ago and has expired.
How did you suddenly become professor Wheatos and suddenly come to that conclusion...?

at the time my calculations were perfect. Maybe out by £1 max. I posted this same deal 2 weeks before as well. I even put the caveat that i rounded up or down depending on how I felt.

Everyone on hukd has the opportunity to get the most comprehensive tv phone and broadband for the cheapest rate £15p/m

Then lots of losers started compiling about the TCB company. I as well as the other smart huk dealers took advantage.

You were too late. Don't blame your tardiness on my deal :man:

I think you'd slipped up on this one through as the price wasn't the same as on the deal you posted before. It was an extra £10 a month so £120 more over the year so not quite a couple of quid here and there.

The price you quoted wasn't available anywhere on their site. Believe me i tried as I wanted it
Bossworld
26 Aug 16 #160
Cheers, works out as £20.58 a month (after quidco and other upfront charges) for Unlimited Fibre, line rental, BT TV starter and BT sports, which is cheaper than the SSE deal and hopefully more reliable.

Both companies are good. To be honest this particular deal was the best I've ever seen.

The best tv broadband and phone deals are usually in summer:
- everyone is on holiday so there are less people to take the deal
- students are starting to move In to accommodation.
- football season is starting so in the uk best time to grab TV business

Any seasons outside this and your gonna get a bit screwed.

FYI - hand BT for 2 weeks not. Virgin used to drop out 5-10 times a day
2 weeks in and no drop out. Customer service take a while to pickup and you have to be very clear and direct with the Indian call Centre. But no problems. Very friendly BT engineer to ran the cable anywhere I wanted it

I have just ordered, there are two option with infinity 1, the unlimited version for £15 and the 25 GB for £10. I have added the 20 GB SIMO for £16 per month as currently on O2 refresh. According to TCB I should expect £199!! I don't know. I never used TCB before, only Quidco.
Now I need to call plusnet tomorrow to end my contract as they have sent an email recently that they will increase the monthly line rentals and I can ask for early termination without penalties.

They have changed it I believe, I was on live chat with them and they passed another link where it was clear, well changed should I say

I used to have BT Infinity 2 - 76mb and was getting around 50mb download speed.
As I was getting Sky Q I was going to take Sky's fibre broadband too so I had the whole package, then I heard that BT were increasing Infinity 1 from 38mb to 52mb, so as a retention deal I downgraded to Infinity 1 for £10 per month and I still get around 50mb download speed. Saved around £20 a month for no loss of speed.

I ordered at the weekend during their "Sale event", but glad I did as there is very limited capacity for Fibre in our area and it looks like the cabinet is full now.

Deal ordered was Unlimited Infinity 1 @ £10.00, Entertainment + @ £5.00. Evening calls @ £3.50, Line Rental @ £18.99
Total = £37.49 per month. One off fees of £56.95. Topcashback has tracked at £166.65
Total for year £506.83 hopefully Topcashback pays out!! Total = £340.18 = £28.35 per month

I'm happy with £28.35 compared to what I currently pay Sky, as we're significantly more and we only have standard broadband and no sports or movies packages. I couldn't see any mention of a Prepaid Mastercard when I ordered at the weekend, I assumed they had removed the Mastercard offer and reduced the normal prices instead. If anyone ordered at the weekend did they see anything about the Mastercard? If that was available as well then it would be a huge bonus!

Bit disappointed I couldn't order the ultra HD package as our firbe speeds were not fast enough, I don't have a UHD TV so wouldn't of used it anyway but the free box is superior and you get all the channels in HD so would of been happy to pay the £5 extra had it been available.

18 Aug 16 #116
More likely to be out-dated add-ons.
Sky can't block Kodi itself but as Kodi just connects to the Internet to pull streams, they can potentially block the site it's pulled from.
Just as likely is your stream is US based and is geo-blocked.
I've found that using ZenMate works great for this kind of thing, but you find you have to turn it off if you want to watch a Sky stream.

Had tough time getting BT to install its infinity broadband as they had promised. Took them around 3 weeks with various excuses like missed appointments/no shows, admin issues, system issues etc. Once installed it was fine. Anybody going for BT, always have a back up until they install.

TCB is never guaranteed so should not be added to the headline equation I think.

As someone who has worked in the telecoms industry for a number of years, this doesn't surprise me. The problem BT have is that they rely on Openreach, who are pretty ****. The systems they use often end up with the orders getting stuck and as all the tasks for PSTN and Broadband orders are automated, it becomes a pain for them to fix. Usually, the easiest way for them to fix stuck orders is to cancel and re-raise them, hence the extra delays. Believe me, stuck orders have been the bane of my working life over the last 15 years!

Great deal, but personally and professionally, my dealings with BT have been nothing short of horrifying. My business broadband is 10 times worse than my Virgin fibre at home, and my company is in central London. Constant connection drops and lag. Their customer service is an utter shambles too. I can honestly tell you that customer service totally depends on who picks up the phone.

Had issues with Virgin since it was installed. Over subscribing caused frequent drop outs in my area.
VM sent an engineer who saw the problem said he would send a supervisor. Nothing happened, no one came.

I called several times, tech support said they couldn't see a problem. In the end I forced VM to terminate the contract due to breach of supply terms on VM side. And as a last ditch attempt they tired to say I had 8 months left on my contract when I knew it was 2 months.

So breaking promises, out right fibs and months of excuses from VM.

Surely BT is just as bad at best

Good call. For the 12 months I thought it was a cracking deal bearing in mind this includes the free YouView+ 4K / Freeview HD recorder. If you needed such a box anyway factor that in at £140ish and it feels to me like I am getting the 52mb fibre, HD/4K TV/Sports etc. for only £8pm.

I did also (not mentioned in my post) pay £60 for a new aerial and wiring as mine is kaput and local suppliers were quoting much more.

So as a one year Sky alternative including free equipment I am very happy - assuming no BT cock-ups of course.

For what it's worth received activation date, delivery details and engineer appointment times via email within 5 minutes of placing order.
Nujol
17 Aug 16 1 #12
Not exactly the same but on Monday I went for

Unlimited Infinity 1
Line rental saver
Total entertainment inc Ultra HD

This gave a £100 MasterCard and £155 Quidco (which was the better cashback option at the time) leaving me to pay approx £20pm after the card/cashback.

Quidco has tracked at the right amount and MasterCard has to be claimed later.

So it is possible depending of course on exactly what you choose to get.

Personally I thought the "free" YouView+ Ultra HD box was pretty good as a kind of somewhat future proof alternative to some of the Sky+HD / Sky Q features.

Given that the box costs £130 separately I thought this was a cracking deal for a year, at which point we will switch again just like the gas/electricity to the cheapest option.

Cheers OP btw.

I raised my order back in the beginning of August and judging by all the feedback on this thread, I am really hoping that I do not regret it. I'm moving away from Sky as a discount I had with them was expiring and the prospect of having both Sky Sports and BT Sports for less was very appealing. Now I'm really worried that I will end up with no broadband on the line activation date. Sky customer services have been great while I have been with them, although the customer services I had was via a special staff account line, so I always ended up with someone from Scotland. My experience with all overseas call centres have been atrocious, but I am hoping that I will rarely have to use them.

You just get 27 premium entertainment channels and none of them are ones we watch regularly. Therefore it is possible to get Broadband Unlimited Infinity 1 for £15pm with one-off costs of £262.03. It looks like we can add Sky Sports 1/2 & 5 for £22pm so almost everything I currently get from Virgin for around £25pm less. The only thing I need to consider is the lower download speed -a maximum of 52MB compared to the 150MB I get now.
AytacK to honestman1958
17 Aug 16 #82
The deal for me is you need above Entertainment Plus to stream online through the BT App.

Has anyone ordered this and not had it tracked yet with TCB? Mines not tracked. How long can it take?

TCB when not logged in is £162 but £156 when I log in! Really annoying how TCB does that!

17 Aug 16 1 #72
OP meant to say pick the starter entertainment package, then it works out to be £180pa. My question is, does anyone know how long is the cash back offer running for? I can only order this next Monday :/
osianroberts
17 Aug 16 #65
I'm interested in this, but as others have found, I'm struggling to get the deal. This is what I'm getting:

OP's Package = £300/yr + £262.03 one off fee = £562.03
TCB cashback = £156.55
BT prepaid card = £125

£562.03 - £156.55 - £125 = £280.45 /12 = £23.37 pm

Is this what others are getting now?!
lezla to osianroberts
17 Aug 16 3 #70
op's package = £270/yr (£22.50/mnth) + £262.03 one off fee = £530.03
tcb cashback should be £162.75
BT prepaid card = £125

£530.03 - £162.75 - £125 = £242.28/12 = £20.19 pm

In the OP:

I am pretty sure the £180 there is wrong, OP I think swapped in his discounted value when he should have used the pre-discount value i.e. cashback and bt reward card were removed from the 180 figure.

OP is also using an old deal but from his instructions it now works out at about £20 per month

Just calculated that works out at £125 for the year. Can't really grumble too much about that. Still, TV deal on top would have been sweet

I was a new customer and got a similar deal about 6 or so weeks ago. No TV though! I've had the £125 MasterCard and £110 casback from quidco paid. Really annoyed about the TV though!:3X). I doubt there is any point in contacting them to try and get it. I know I can only try but just highly doubt they would play ball. No problems with fibre service so far

FYI - I have taken this deal. TBC initially tracked at a lower amount. Within 7 days it tracked at the full amount.
BT have confirmed I will get the MasterCard and now TBC are actively promoting both the cash back and the MasterCard preloaded with £100

TBC payout can take upto 6 weeks. They will pay out don't worry

Don't miss out!!

I think this is a great deal although I did a similar one few years ago with £100 Sainsbury vouchers, TCB didn't track made a claim said couldn't honour as not showing with them should have been like £162.75 also, I had cleared browser cache etc before went TCB first used there link screenshots taken all the way still wouldn't give me the cashback. BT did honour the £100 Sainsbury's voucher so wasn't all at a loss.

17 Aug 16 #56
Am I right in thinking BT block most streams available via the usual Kodi sources?

EDIT: Not sure the maths works out on this.

£10 per month for the Entertainment plus pack, plus £15 for Infinity Option 1, makes £300 over 12 months, not £180.

The mastercard is showing as £125 rather than £100 but don't see how to get the OP's offer.

Kodi works fine for me, quite rare that a stream doesn't work.

does "broadband" apply to both traditional copper cables and to the fibre infrastructure? on copper we get 230kb/s, as appose to 5mb/s on fibre. would make sense if it was just copper. interesting if it's both. even more unusual for BT to be offering a good deal

Ricky
17 Aug 16 #46
I was actually meaning to do this offer on Monday when it was this price but forgot. By Tuesday the offer had ended and it was now only 25% off instead of the previous 50%. The pre paid card had risen to £125 but still not as good a deal as before.

I'm assuming OP had just spotted that the cashback had gone back up but not noticed that the package price had increased.

I'm struggling to see where I get that price?

I found the opposite. BT were painful to deal with (though their engineers are great), whilst Virgin Media were always very helpful.

17 Aug 16 #43
Just looked at this now as would be very interest if this deal works. From what I can see the cost for the package is £300 not £180 - Unlimited Infinity 1 =£15/month and Entertainment Plus = £10/month so £25 in all. Have I done something wrong?

I've been with VM for over 10 years i rang them last week to disconnect so i could move to BT. VM offered me a price match and £36 goodwill and speed upgrade to 70Mb. Their customer service is awful... they told me yesterday they can't offer that deal and made a mistake. The call centre manager slated BT. VM are rude and arrogant... BT might not be much better but can't be worse.

Getting this installed next week, £125 gift card promised.
Didn't go via quidco in case they mixed the MasterCard offer, surely they won't offer cashback on top.
Need another install next month so if this goes smoothly I'll try the quidco option.

Good deal but for balance: Signed up with BT three weeks ago (similar package). Phone line activated yesterday, still waiting for broadband to be activated, router and youview box to be sent out. Zero communication from them and many calls to foreign call centres from me haven't managed to speed the process up.

Not voting either way.

17 Aug 16 #37
52MB? In your dreams!. It may be 'unlimited', but it will be throttled to 35MB and even that is not constant. I have seen mine get 49MB for a few minutes till they realise someone did not flick the choaker on. Do a speed test with OOKLA and watch it zoom up to 20MB then crawl up to 35.5Mb.

With BT at the moment Don't know if its the home hub or something BT side but our fibre drops out several times a week (probably more, but I'm at work), BT aren't interested. Should have stayed with plusnet, the 80mb line was rock solid. The box isn't bad, prefer it to my old sky box, its certainly quicker at navigating

Great price, but I'd be happy to pay more to get a reliable service.
