A correctly installed car seat is much safer. ISOFix helps make installation foolproof. That is all in an accident the belt fitting is just as safe if you have taken the time to ensure it is CORRECTLY fitted using the belt.

Mine is the older model but still rear facing until four and iso fix and I paid £350 for my first two years ago and last year I paid about £180 as it was in clearance and that was the cheapest I could find and had been searching for months.

so - the seatbelts in my car can hold a 200kg adult safely in their seat in a crash, but the isofix points (which are only rated to 18kg+seat mass, or about 30kg total) are safer? Care to explain?
If a seat is fitted correctly in accordance with the way it has been tested and approved (and this bit is important) then a belted seat will be just as safe as an isofix one.
And by way of a disclaimer, I have my 3 year old in a rear-facing seat belt attached seat (which is rated to 25kg) and my 1 year old in an isofix attached rear-facing seat (which is only rated to 18kg, in line with all other isofix seats). Both have passed the Plus test - which is the thing that's more important in my eyes than anything else about them!

I remember when the studio 24 ps3 offer was on and all the neigh Sayers were moaning about how it wont be right they are a bad company etc , maybe but its a gamble and the people who have ordered are aware so making comments like that is just daft.
Its a gamble and a bit of fun.

"None of you will get your orders, and rightly so". Firstly there's no need for the comma, secondly did you not get to order one in time?

Haha thanks for the lecture again as people have said it will be a great deal of authorised. Next you will stating people are committing fraud. Maybe you need to find a different website that doesn't post deals.

No, what's sneaky is trying to get something you know full well has been mis-advertised at £34.99. Don't complain that they've increased the price to what it clearly should be. None of you will get your orders, and rightly so. Read the terms of sale on their site.

Fingers crossed they honour the price for people ordering. I'm suprised it hasn't gone back up sooner. I will thank my son for waking me in the night for managing to order it. It's quite sneaky how they've put it up to a price that looks the same with an extra digit if you are doing it in a rush

You're wrong, iso fix is only safer as it eliminates error in fitting. A car seat fitted correctly with a seat belt is just as safe.
