Well it's not that hard to overclock a monitors refresh rate and it all depends on if the panel is happy to play ball and run higher than it's specified refresh rate.
There are a few programs like cru and precision x/precision x oc that you can create custom resolutions and refresh rates with, with nvidia you can do it direct from the nvidia control panel as well.

I have this, it's decent for the cash. Good for budget gaming.
Managed to overclock mine to 80Hz pretty easily.

I got one last month for my birthday. Really nice screen.
I will buy another eventually to replace my old Asus monitor so i'll have two of the same.
Do tell....

Normally you get a window that opens on the product page telling you that it's available again and you have (I think) 15 mins to claim it. They don't email you in my experience.

amazon or benq is trying to drag attention in a sly way.
went to the deal and asked to be in the waitlist
they mentioned that when someone doesn't claim their discount i would get it
Obviously i expected that there would be an email to notify me of that but there wasnt, i checked the page after a while and said you missed it.
I find that game quiet dishonest.
they could have taken the card details and when its available just charge the next person, but to create more suspense they did that

Was really considering this as my first monitor but Ive read so much about ips monitors being super duper. Time to start saving I think

I need a screen for my PS4 but also to watch movies on. i was looking at the Hisensek one posted here a couple of days ago but its £300. Should I just go for this?

The other one you looked at is most likely much larger than this. For a ps4 and movies, a TV is probably a better option.

This is the monitor I suggested to my friend for his PS4. He purchased from a reseller (Box - £93) with Tesco for delivery on Saturday, arriving today apparently after all sorts of stories. Told him to contact them and tell them to return and refund.
