That is correct, in my experience the return process for faulty goods is different from the return process due to change of mind (obviously they need to handle the returns differently, too, although both receive some testing). Return of faulty goods also takes longer, it seems. From a customer perspective that is not entirely satisfying, because the customer is not at fault.

That explains why the warehouse prices have been going up . Iv been watching 3 items and one has gone up by £40 . I thought that's very odd but now Iv seen this I know why :o

Used to buy a lot off Amazon Warehouse, the quality has plummeted and the price rocketed to the point where they're not much cheaper than brand new

Hopefully there's some good deals but Amazon always works on RRP discount. And as RRPs are daft they may already be selling that telly at a 38% discount so it's just another 2%.

I bought my TV off amazon and the delivery guy took pictures of the TV once delivered. Was new though, not rejected warehouse stock.

I have a fair bit of Amazon credit I need to spend, so buying some things on this deal and heading over to the auction site could be a good idea, thanks for posting

Yea but give me Amazon customer service any day over ao if u have a problem. Ao customer service not the best. Stick you on hold forever and fob you off by putting you through to the manufactures. Never had any bad dealings with Amazon and being able to instantly connect online to speak to someone is ace.

Will camelcamelcamel alerts pick up these reductions? I'm after a good coffee grinder and a specific pair of Edifier speakers

Lots of uncertainty about cynical price rises before the sales on Amazon so I thought to provide the link here for a price tracker from the camel people.
For those who don't know, it shows previous price changes on Amazon products as well as letting you price watch them for the future.
Vote it up and it may become a sticky if useful to many.

Only if you're looking to get one from me lol in all honesty I don't even have a prime account and it would be silly to spend money to get one, just to save the same amount as the account cost :P unless there's some silly saving of £300. I don't see that happening for good quality items though, but time will tell!

The TV definitely has greater grunt - more RAM and speed make the experience a lot nicer, reducing the jerkiness, slow-downs, etc.

Yes the FireTV box's are a lot more powerful, have expandable storage (Which is useful if you are running something like Kodi) as well as wired connectivity.
I have a First Gen and a Stick and the FireTV is noticably quicker.

I just got a camel alert for one of the accessories but found the private sales of used but near mint ones is considerably less than new even when on offer. I'll be sourcing mine from a trading board like the fs/ft here instead in future

If I were you, I would shop around and look for Lenovo Tab2 with FullHD screen. If you got lucky, you can buy it for around £100.

Nothing fancy. It was a Panasonic TX-40C300B for £229. Probably a Vestal but it's to replace old broken 10 year old TV in spare room. It was this or a Hisense for £219.
By the looks of it the TV has already been dispatched so it might have to go back if I find a better deal on Saturday.
