they were peppery to the taste but nothing else more. matty9815 is spot on with the Aberdeen Angus.

I had these. Tasted okay, but found quite a few chunks of bone in them and plenty of gristle. The frozen Aberdeen Angus quarter pounders are worth the extra. (The wagyu ones are best though!)
