What happens to my Games with Gold games if I cancel my Xbox Live Gold subscription?

On Xbox One, you will no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you will be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold titles again.

On Xbox 360, any Games with Gold titles that you redeem as an Xbox Live Gold member are yours to keep, regardless of whether you continue your subscription.

Have Spelunky since Oct 14 and BG&E since Nov 15 through PS+.

It's a good month, potentially great for many, but just a shame 360 gets two games PlayStation gave out ages ago.

I like how they have gave us 2k16, they could have taken an easy way out and gave 2k15.

also like the fact they have given us warriors orochi, I bought this a while ago but haven't round the opening it yet.

Yeah, exactly like myself. Never played FIFA for years (maybe the first ever one released whenever that was) and never touched any of the other EA sport games either since waaaaaay back on the Megadrive. The only sport orientated game I enjoy and even then haven't played the last 4 they've released is Football Manager. That i do like if I'm in the mood. It's just a pity it has now become a convoluted ballache.

They are the marmite of video games but I really love the Warriors series (Dynasty and Samurai). I've got WO3 for the PS4 and it's a great title if you like Koei games. A great month this.

Why is that a shame? 360 games you actually keep even when you lose gold, ps+ games you don't keep. And it's Xbox not PS3... Not everyone has both consoles, or like me has both and missed the games on ps+

anyone having problems with Xbox live ?? I haven't been able to connect for a couple of weeks now. it say I am connected to the internet but when I click on "connect to Xbox Live" nothing happens

​You don't get too keep the 360 games once membership has run out. MS changed the rules of that when Xbox one GwG came about.

Still nothing on GwG to make me but back an Xbox one, do a no vote from me because I know some people will love it.

Yes, the 360 GWG games will be downloadable on the XB1.

Cannot remember the last time I had problems on Xbox live sorry, must be something your end.

Have you tried signing out of Xbox live on your console and signing back in again, had the same problem the other night and that worked for me

Every time I try to download any Xbox 360 GWG on my Xbox One it shows as free on the front screen but then after clicking it comes up with "show price" and asked for payment details even though my subscription runs until June 2017

Yes I get the same, I enter my password and it comes up as free.

Yep, that threw me the first time. Despite it requiring credit card details I've never been charged. Xbox one games don't do it, it's only 360.

Happy with that, nearly bought wwe in a couple of deals and never played Beyond Good and Evil

I actually spoke to customer service about this. They said provided you add the free version then you will not get charged, but they need the card details for ID . Sounded a bit backwards to me but so long as I don't pay for the games then it is only a minor inconvenience

I was curious what the wwe games are like. Not played one since smack down was on either the ps1 or ps2. Or no Mercy on n64.

That annoys me as well, All the Lego games don't have the invert Y option and it's annoying,

Thankfully the Xbox accessories app allows you to do it in software, at least for the elite, not sure if it works on regular controllers.

So I can save inverted Y on left stick on a spare profile in case the game doesn't offer it.
