That is a "Discontinued" in the top left corner...
Coupled with the fact they did not have any other flavour in stock (let alone reduced), and someone mentioned that they were also reduced in Co-Op.... I think they are going out.
I guess they weren't as much a success as Walker's wanted.

Considering it's their "thing", I've always thought Walkers make some of the worst crisps around.
