Era have a padded top ankle and a strip of colour on the top of the sole. Vulcanised are suede (I think) and atwood are more like plimsolls. I personally prefer Era, think they look a little more robust

a good deal at £20, but not the cheapest they've ever been, I bought a pair from amazon for £15 4 months ago using a link from here. Still hot at £20 though!

Seems the vast majority of buyers were happy with what they received.
As long as you buy direct from Amazon chances of getting fakes are slim.
