as far as I remember you can't use option files in ps4 (they will bring that feature back on Pes 2017).
In ps4 you just can add the kits one by one...

Agree 100%. Easily (for me) the superior football sim vs Fifa, but - as stated previously - the online lag killed it for me. If you play local co-op/vs or 'campaign' mostly them this is a steal, otherwise be very wary.

When I think of what one of my best pals got a baning order for the year before last blimey it would have been a 50 quid fine 25 years ago, job done.

Very true. However, download an option file from here and you'll have correct kits from around the world, updated team line ups, team names all correct, adboards for the Prem, everything you could want.
Turns the best version of PES for years (imo of course) into an even better game;
in my opinion it's way better than Fifa. But please note that the national teams don't have the same players that went to the euro... they didn't update the rosters...

I played both football games this year and PES was much better than Fifa. This is a very good price for 2 games in 1. Pro evolution 2016 and the euro 2016.

Great football game. Nothing comes close to the feel of Pes - when it's done properly like 15/16. Even if I haven't played in a while, after a minute I'm right back in the groove.
I only play offline coop. The only complaint I would have is its still not difficult enough on the higher settings.
That and the last time I checked they still haven't patched it so that the AI goalie doesn't regularly gift your forward the ball direct from the goal kick. Only way to negate it is to not pressure from the goal kicks, which is an immersion breaker :disappointed:

Thanks for this, as soon as i did a quick google for reviews and seen it mention the PS2 days versions i didnt hesitate in ordering this.
The versions i have played since the PS2 versions(not that many tbh) were a step backwards but can't wait for this to arrive now.

it's a good game but the online lag was outrageous. I own PES 2016 on PS3 and PC and I still got the same input lag when playing online. ball passing lags by a nominal of half a second which is unplayable. Lots of people complaining about the lag too. I'd say if you like to play online, play FIFA instead. Playing PES online will make you frustrated all day.
