I had this issue with these black out blind a few years ago when I first bought them. I got in touch with the manufacturer who sent me out a new set free of charge and I had to send mine off to them so they could look at the suction cups. Their customer service was quite good.

Just a personal warning: I put this up for one mildly bright morning and the heat cracked the internal pane of a double glazed window. I'm renting so can't testify for the quality of the windows but haven't had any other problems them.

we purchased this a while (2yr!) and never used it until this summer. it's now a permanent fixture behind his roller blackout blind and I am generally very impressed. we also took it on holiday recently and it was a life saver due to no real curtains in the appartment.
needless to say we purchased another today as a spare
Suction clips on this blind can be a pain and keep coming unstuck. I have to now thead the top in through the window itself to stop it dropping half off in the night. You might be better of getting some of those clips and using your own material as they may be stronger.
