Think you might be on the wrong site - this place is all about putting in a bit of effort to save a few quid. In this case, cheap and cheerful. Beer and steak and chips for a fiver a head - it's not going to be amazing but it's bloody cheap!

I can't see where I can enter the voucher code on the Groupon site. When I click on BUY, it takes me to the next page where it asks me for payment details and then BUY NOW, no spaces to enter the voucher code anywhere. What am I doing wrong?

Harvester have been doing £20 for 2 steak or chicken meals + drinks for a while now. How they can justify it as a groupon showing £16.38 savings is beyond me...

If your bank does cashback, it is worth checking to see if there is one there to activate.
Quite often we get 10% offers for Harvester (none near me though). Only time I have been to Harvester, our receipt also offered us 50% off the next bill for food only (ie exc. drinks).

Just log into the Groupon account you set up and on the top right click my vouchers and download them, I ordered and then logged in and downloaded, but still haven't received an email, so far easier to log in if your in a hurry

Your using the wrong discount code, you need to find a unique on that gives you £15 off a £20 spend ( you might need to create a voucher cloud account to have access to this code)

(17.07.16) I have never been a Groupon fan as I felt you could get better deals elsewhere, but this is good. A bit fiddly but a Groupon account only requires an email and pw, you don't need to receive mail, the voucher is printed from the Groupon account after paying. The vouchercloud can generate 4 codes per email sign up.

Used the groupon voucher earlier, had a lovely 10oz rib eye steak (extra £2.50 surcharge) and the missus had the 8oz Sirloin. Both were really nice.

Only thing we missed was that the voucher can only be used from 8pm to 10pm on weekends. The staff didn't realise this as well, but was all sorted in the end.

Was it a restaurant on the list? Reason being my 3 locals aren't.

I had a table from 6:30 til 8:10 and my local in Bedfordshire wouldn't let me use the voucher, after a bit of debate (the voucher doesn't say you must start eating after 8:00) the manager took £20 of the bill but it's still a bit disappointing (unless the voucher can be reused). I wouldn't mind if it were a burger as I normally eat cheaper meals at Harvester but I never go there for a steak.

No its £10 for two mains and a drink. I had to pay £2.98 extra for two puddings on the childrens menu. I went with my two young boys (table of 3) and the girl said it was ok to share a 2 racks of bibs between the three of us and if you book the table online you get another free drink. We went at 5:30 today and they didn't check on the valid times. I have the recipts and will post them in the morning

Sounds like you have over analysed the small print and got confused over a simple meal deal for £10.

They have a dropdown list of restaurants, there is only 56 on the list (page 2 of this thread, johnboy999 listed them), none of my locals but looks like it's any that aren't on the excluded list which is more like it. Thanks for replying.

Went for mine today. Lets just say I made a mistake of buying two, well I bought one and my OH bought another.
No way would I ever frequent Harvester if it wasnt for this offer as didnt really enjoy it that much but at just under £10 it was passable considering a lager and cider is nearly £7.50. The chips are awful very bland and the ribs well I've had better, the only thing that was ok was the pot of I assume chilli, well it had kidney beans in it with a chilli & BBQ flavour . Didnt even use my free drink voucher for booking online as was happy to leave as soon as finished. Oh after giving in the voucher the waitress came back and said thats OK its gone through, its knocked £12 off so now "do you" owe us £20? this was after her scanner couldnt read the voucher, good job had my phone with me. Then she was still confused, eventually she said its done but she wasnt totally convinced even when I explained the voucher value is for £36 but paid £20 though groupon so why would I pay another £20. Will try a different Harvester with my other voucher but guess they are all the same.

Lucky most of us paid a tenner rather than twenty in that case!

Just used mine - had a bit of aggro where they thought that it brought the cost of the meal down to £20, then I said it was for the whole thing and it got resolved.

I had the Cornish ribs (which were a little dry) and both pints as I managed to wrangle the I'll take you out and you drive - rah! They wanted to upgrade to the ribeye but they'd ran out and panicked and got rump instead of sirloin... NooOoooo. They thought it was a good steak but it wasn't, but as long as they were happy so was I. Definitely worth a fiver each but with the voucher panic and not so great food the only reason I'm elated at the moment is because I boozed either side of the ride - and I'm still riding.
