It's not sold by amazon though, it's a random third party. the inflated price tells you all you need to know. pointing to this being some kind of an exclusive.

Try eBay, Play were selling some of the OOS ones on there the other week for £12.99. Alternatively, try Amazon.de and Amazon.it, they were 10 euros plus ~5-6 euros shipping, but the shipping only goes up by 20 cents for each additional figure you order.
