I found a purchased one of these from Laptops Direct on eBay. They looked reputable with over 15,000 feedback so took the chance and they served me very well.
Arrived without packaging but brand new, I know sometimes these things come with phones etc. If you're wondering how this may come about.
I'm not too fussed about having the box, so overall I am very happy with the saving made.

In case anyone else has the same issue with theirs. Mine arrived today, but the micro-USB cable supplied doesn't work. At first I thought it was the device, but it is now charging after using my own cable.

And where are the people recommending Mi bands getting them from for this price? I'm interested in a decent, but cheap, branded band.

Purchased in white, not sure if the missus will use it much but for this price it's worth a go, might help to work out if a pebble 2 or a newer device would be worthwhile.

Another nifty feature on it is that it vibrates if you are more than 15 meters away from your phone.
You can also control music (play, pause, next song, previous song) from the band... or configure it to use camera remotely.
At this price, its a super bargain.

I had Xiaomi Mi band 2 and had to send it back. It's step count was woefully inaccurate. Twice as many steps counted as other bands. It counted every movement as a step. I may have been unlucky and got a duff one.

Got one of these cheap off eBay three months ago. Great gadget for the price. Battery last five days. Tracks steps and time spent walking/running. Tries to estimate running distance from steps. This can be a bit hit or miss. Step tracking is interesting, but not sure how useful it is on this or any other device.
What is great is that you can set it to vibrate for notifications. You choose which apps. My phone has been left on silent since I got it.

this tracks sleep but not heart rate. loved mine when I had it but it broke and is now collecting dust somewhere. highly recommended at this price.

Certain features on the lifelog app are not compatible with the swr10 like the heart rate monitor, you will need the swr30 for that.
