This game has been delayed for a week in Europe and Australia
No, for GameStop to diversify their portfolio. They've been facing an uphill struggle with their core business over the last decade, and they've finally figured out they need to expand their operations. Being a game publisher themselves is one such option.

They aren't collaborating with publishers. GameStop is the publisher of these games. It's a small move in an attempt to diversify their portfolio, especially in the face of stiff competition (like Amazon, digital) taking away their main revenue (game sales).
I am surprised it has taken this long forna games retailer to do this. I would bet on GAME doing the same if they weren't already facing certain doom themselves.

The game isn't out till July 12th, although GameStop uk says 19th
The pop ride to this is amazing! The detail on the ship is probably one of the best pops I have. Never got round to getting the game so will do for this price! Heat

Nice one, ordered this last night. It's $15 digitally in USA so will probably be £12.99 (Xbox One version price without delivery) here so this is worth getting if you're interested. Heat added

Getting a few lower than expected reviews...............but I don't care as its an Insomniac game !!!!!
At present, Metacritic is showing a 72 average, with a small selection of written reviews available: http://www.metacritic.com/game/playstation-4/song-of-the-deep
