I think it has dropped in quality, but that could be a psychological thing - higher price = tastier beer. Saying that I have been chugging Bavaria at 88p a bottle :P

How strange people are to think that because this is brewed in the UK it is somehow substandard.
It's not as if the Spanish are noted master brewers, while the British have no history of producing beer.
It's a fairly strong lager, nothing more. It is well within British know how to churn this stuff out.

Generic blandness regardless of where its brewed. Needs to be chilled so there's no taste.
But a good deal at this price.

I have tried them. I can remember when Imported Heineken was first made available on draught in the UK. They are different drinks with different price points that sat next to each other on the bar.
