Does anyone know where to order extra shelves for this, we got ours today but with only three main shelves it feels like wasting a lot of space..

I got these part numbers as I was asking for shelfs but a google of those part numbers bring up images of the "bins" that sit in the door and not the actually shelfs so I think I have been given incorrect information. Will get back on to sansung

I suppose that the deal is already expired - tried different codes several times but not being applied (not valid), except of course LKA10 that knocks off 10pounds. I hope this deal comes back soon.

Hi. Does anyone know if the model number given for this is something special to Currys? It's just I want to get another shelf for it but nothing comes up on any of the parts websites when I put the model number in. I found a fridge very similar to it but I don't want to order an incorrect part. Model I found RS7567BHCBC_BK

Should be £611 after 10% off, unless you added on installation and removal of old appliance?

Bah I tried those online before and they don't work, if they're different in store i'll pop down now as the £250 off ends tonight but somehow I don't think it will. Frustrating.

Bah I tried, the guy went away and tried all the codes he could but no dice. Any idea what your guy used code wise?
Probably just used his personal staff discount card or something.

I blagged it, wasnt going to take no for an answer, said the code wasn't working online so the checkout guy used his phone to get a barcode from vouchercodes.co.uk. LKA10 knocked a tenner off (instead of 10LKA which seems to have stopped working)

I have recently purchased this model and I'm very happy with it. To answer the above question, it does make ice from the plumbed water supply. It only makes cubes though, there is no option for crushed ice.

I was just logging on to say the same. It's very strange as the video for it actually says it does do crushed ice! Haven't installed it yet as I am taking the doors off to get through the door and noticed that it doesn't have anyway to crush the ice. A little frustrating.

Hi good people, for the ones who have actually got this model, not a similar Samsung model, please can you answer a couple of questions?
Does this automatically make ice using the water supply from the pipe that needs to be plumbed in or is that just for cold water and you need to manually fill a different compartment to produce the ice?
Does this do crushed ice as well as cubed? Their description on the website only mentions cubed.
Thanks

I told the staff member that they had a 10% off code for online orders but it wasn't working. He checked the discount codes and found one on the system that worked so he applied it. I then tried to pay with my credit card and realised that I had forgotten my pin! Been using contactless so much I had not used a pin in ages haha. Had to use my debit card instead, which I wasn't happy about.

I wish this model was available without the ice / water thing. 154l net freezer isn't great, without it, it would be closer to 200 - 210l. They only seem to do a black one without the water feature and it's around £779. :disappointed: Hot price if you like the features.

Nice one. Yes my model is almost twice as expensive but it's also got a bit more capacity.
The prices for it go up and down like a yoyo daily. The cheapest I ever saw it was £999 at the start of the year and today it's £1299!
Finally succumbed at £1099 plus a £30 voucher and quidco earlier this month.
I think I'll stick to my model despite it costing a lot more as it has better capacity and thanks for pointing out the ice box compartment too

Having kitchen fitted in a couple weeks and have a Samsung rsg5ucrs on order from ao.com for £1069 plus a bit of quidco.
I'd been eyeing that model for months as it has large capacity now I've seen this deal. To cancel and order this one? Arghh

The model from ao should have a 5 year warranty your model is listed here http://www.samsung.com/uk/fiveyearwarranty/ the currys model has the ice box at the top back of the freezer which takes up a lot of depth

Added heat. As above poster has mentioned, had an older model for coming up to 8 years old, not a single issue/fault, nothing. Am moving home in the next month or so, and this bad boy is coming with me.
As for ice and plumbing queries, it does 'cubes' and crushed ice. And, the plumbing is a simple cold water connection. If you don't have one, a plumber will in put one for next to nothing. Mine has an external filter, which costs ~£8 a year to replace, which is done in 5mins.

I have the older model also and it's plumbed in and no issues at all. Saying that there was a global fix on these a couple of years ago because a few were catching fire  - They sent a letter and the engineer come the next day and fixed whatever the ongoing issue was.
