i bought a corsair gaming mouse and the gaming keyboard has lights on (gaming) and maybe slightly softer keys..
but it still doesnt make the situation any better i'm afraid...
i probably would get better if i played soley on the pc, but thats not going to happen... i love my Mario's and Master Chiefs a bit too much... i just nee dto practise more, but i get frustrated thats all, trying to do simple things and failing..

Yeah I'm all thumbs when it comes to the keyboard :smiley:, I don't play FPS games on the PC enough to have muscle memory for the various actions. Maybe a keyboard & mouse specifically for gaming would help you?

i dont play FPS MP on the pc, just the xbox, because i seriosuly struggle just in single player with keyb/mouse... and dont bother with the joypad against ppl as i know id be at a disadvantage... i really have tried to get used to keybaord and mouse but struggle so much now... i was okay back in the late 90s when i played counterstrike, but not so now.


just tried this (R6S) on my pc and compared to when i play on xbox, i am really struggling. Crouching/running etc is a real struggle, i just **** up totally... and i still cant work out how to **** vault using keyb/mouse. it shows the key _ (or somethign similar looking to that symbol) like the ] but at 90 degrees but i cant for the life of me get it to work. plus the fact that key is no where near the WASD keys i may have to just give in and use the 360 pad, but i do want to try and get used to a keyb/mouse again... but when i try.. i'm at a bigger disadvantage than if i use a 360 pad!

Huh, interesting. Are you still able to hold your own against the K&M players in FPS games?

nope, i defenitely end up **** up totally when i try to play on keyboard and mouse.. and i just dont sem to enjoy the experience... hence why i said (for me) as i know a lot of others it may be the opposite. i used to be able to do it "back in the day" but these days i walk into walls and justy dont have the control i have on a joypad i feel.

Yep, no shortage of players with mics on PS4 (especially ranked games). I've probably added more people to my friends list from playing this than all the other games combined.

I haven't played this on the PC yet, but are you sure it's not the other way about :smiley:?

i usd to love R6 vegas on 360... gonna play the **** out of this this weekend on the XO while free.
i was tempted to get on the XO (if i enjoy) for £15 .. especially as i have some m$ credit that expires in november to use up. but could be tempted by the uPlay price with the coins discount now... reckon it runs better?
my gpu card is a R9 280 3GB ram, i5 4780K with 8GB RAM,

trouble is, the ppl i'd play this with would be on the XO, not the PC. and i really dont enjoy playing with keyboard and mouse, so slow compared to joypad (for me).. which makes it a harder decision

£7.48 with the 20% off from 100 u-coins or whatever. Seems it does the 20% before the sale price which is pretty good. Well worth it for that and I already have it on X1.

​you need to buddy up with like minded players, far too many PC gamers play without using a mic and being social. pretty much a large reason for me a switching more towards console gaming.

good game but they need to fix the cheating on it. loads of aim bots and wall hacks online

Given this is a ubisoft game, doesn't it use uplay even if you buy it through steam

This game is so good on PC. Plays much better with a keyboard and mouse, unlike cod amd battleifeld, using a controller just feels bad for it.
Loading into a game can be a pain tho!
