If you're downloading this, make sure you download the .zip file and don't use the downloader program. Also if possible, use a wired internet connection. If you've used up your 3 downloads, just email them and they will make up a new order for you :smiley:

i don't understand why you installed anything. All you had to do was download the tracks, one file, one download, 1.2gb.

I'd think the right thing to do would be for someone to provide access to a Dropbox area as the file size is approx. 1.2 Gb and then hopefully someone would only want at the most 79p for doing that.

Yes it wasn't staight forward, but one of the best deals on here even if it was a fiver, so for 79p really good- the album is £50 on itunes! glad you got all 131 tracks in the end.
For folks that missed this but are amazon Prime all 131 tracks are on amazon music on the app or via SONOS.

That was painful

This has been a right pain, my install froze at about 800mb, checked number of tracks and it was about 88 but as each track was downloaded as an individual file had to check all of these to see if the track was in there, around 12 weren't! Ended up downloading the remainder and the missing tracks one by one...

I guess for 79p it was worth it! :neutral_face:

I've downloaded about 60 of the tracks but I get a download error and I have 1 of 3 but it was downloading the second attempt but nowt adding more tracks, strange!
Downloaded all 131 track in the end 1.2GB approx, those that were 3/3 and incomplete I would contact tunetribe customer services

The tracks go into individual folders on a mac. If you search tunetribe all the tracks show - create a folder R.E.M. and a folder inside called Complete Rarities 1988-2011 then copy tracks

I would suggest downloading to PC/Mac first and then copying across using usb cable or to sd card. The reason is that Tunetribes has a download solution which I dont believe works on a phone and with some delays mentioned this will be prudent.

Managed to download 69 songs but that's 3/3 downloads so can't get the rest :disappointed:

After two failed attempts, I followed your advice and managed to complete the download by selecting each track individually. It took a while, as I had to download about 50 tracks, but I got there in the end. I don't think I'd use TuneTribe again though.

The site sells a mixture of CD/DVD/BluRay/Vinyl etc and all looks above board.

I paid for mine via PayPal, therefore they won't (shouldn't) be able to take any more than the 79p from my account.

I've bought from this site before (but not recently) and I haven't been arrested. I'm willing to believe they're legit, but this is obviously a misprice.

I appreciate you may not know REM but looking through the list shows not only many of their chart tracks but different versions of them. The rare is used because many of these were performed at concerts etc. Therefor if you like REM this is even more than a no brainer. 131 tracks for 79p ! Sense tells me that if you succeeded with the purchase they would struggle to nullify your purchase but lets see.

Has anyone considered this could be a dodgy site? They may not even have the right to sell this. It could be like pirate bay with a charge...

I tried all in one go via the manager, it bombed out around 30 tracks, decided since they can only be downloaded 3 times, to go individual, running like a dog.... having to wait until each track is downloaded before grabbing the next one :disappointed:

Finally, worked using Chrome after requesting verification email again if anyone is having problems. It wouldn't send to a gmail email account either for some reason, so used an MSN account (again, had to request 2nd verification email as it kept giving me a 404 error when I tried to click or cut and paste the link).

Worked fine for me, just left with a program to remove.

Three failed attempts to download the zip file, Firefox wouldn't install the downloader. I've finally managed to install the downloader using Chrome and it now seems to be downloading smoothly.
Still a bargain but I'm not inspired to shop with them again (which is presumably the point of the cheap deal - unless it was just an error).

EDIT: failed again about halfway through. But, if you go into individual downloads only the tracks you're successfully downloaded show as already downloaded (so even if you've had 3 unsuccessful attempts you should still be able to get your files). It was taking ages to download one track at a time and failing frequently... but 2 hours later downloaded smoothly. I think HUKD had overloaded their site. Worth the hassle if you're an R.E.M. fan and don't want to pay over £50 for this collection from Amazon.
