I appreciate it's the worst game that has been churned out in the past 5 years* and it's been on PlayStation Plus. But I thought £15.49 was a good price for the Collector's Edition of Rocket League.
Take control of your own high-flying, hard-hitting, rocket-powered Battle-Car in the critically-acclaimed, futuristic Sports-Action hit, Rocket League: Collector's Edition! Rocket League: Collector's Edition combines all the fun and fervor of the original base game, plus all the cars and content found in the highly-popular "Supersonic Fury", "Revenge of the Battle-Cars" and" Chaos Run" DLC packs. Rocket League equips players with booster-rigged vehicles that can be crashed into balls for incredible goals or epic saves across multiple, highly-detailed arenas. Using an advanced physics system that maximizes one-to- one control, Rocket League relies on mass and momentum to give players a complete sense of intuitive gameplay in this unbelievable, high-octane re-imagining of association football!
Includes every item from the previously-released DLC alongside four exclusive vehicles
Fantastic Multiplayer: 4-Player Splitscreen, 8-Player Online, Ranked and Unranked play
Game modes include Exhibition , Unfair Mode and a full Offline Season Mode
Personalize your vehicle with hundreds of different items for more THAN 100 BILLION possible combinations!
Includes Replay Viewer, customizable controls, Mutator game-variants (Ball Type, Speed, Boost Strength etc), and more!
*That may, or may not be my true opinion of Rocket League.

Good price considering it includes some of the DLC and doesn't lock when your PS+ runs out

I know you won't, but if you like to play offline sometimes, any game you get free through PS+ locks when your subscription runs out, whereas this won't is all I'm saying

£15.49 for what is essentially Cocaine is a bargain

I prefer having it as a download game, it's great to stick on in between more serious games, and having it in disc format kinda defeats the purpose of it's instant 'pick up and play' if you have to get up to change discs.
Still a hot deal though, and I agree with the comment above, it's cocaine!

Guys the 'collectors edition' content is being released as DLC on July 18th for £2.99 so just get a digital download code on eBay for £8 (maybe less if you shop around) and buy the DLC separately.

Are you sure? I know Aftershock and Marauder are getting DLC releases on July 18th at $1.99 (regional pricing).
But the 3 DLC packs in the Collector's Edition are priced at £3.29 individually (Supersonic Fury, Revenge of the Battle-Cars & Chaos Run) plus there is Esper & Masamune. I'm not doubting you, but do you have a source for that?

Definitely one of the better games in the past few years, I think, simple good fun, it's a good laugh and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to play it :smirk:

I posted on the Rocket League forum, unhappy that I bought rocket league digitally on release and the only way to get the new cars was to buy the physical collectors edition, somebody replied saying you can get them on the Xbox store July 28th for approx 2.99.
I just assumed that was true, the price is wrong and the DLC is split across 3 at £3.29 I apologise, just checked my post again and nobody else said anything different.

I think, although like I stated i'm not 100% sure, they are referring to the individual pricing of Aftershock and Marauder which are being released as separate DLC on the 18th.
It could well be the case, but I would be highly surprised if all that content was bundled for just £2.99.

Looks like your information is more accurate buzz,
On the 18th the following will be launched on the Xbox store
Rocket league aftershock DLC
Rocket league masamune DLC
Rocket league marauder DLC
Rocket league Esper DLC
We could see a complete bundle, but on Xbox.com there advertised separately. Sorry for any confusion guys.

Superb game and I'm finding the trophies easy to get as well, after getting it a week ago I'm now only a few silver and gold trophies away (season mode regular and championship, 50km, 150 items) from the platinum.

Then you can buy it on PSN and it won't lock. If not with that account then a secondary account like a Canadian account
