Not in clearance/reduced - just the normal price. Which is surprising given the Homebase budget/value propagator set was £2.99 for thin flimsy plastic, and this is thicker sturdy plastic. Seems a very good price to me.
Comes with base, seed tray, and lid.

Don't think it is - this was the normal shelf price rather than a clearance or special offer.
