Yeah I got an order put through but no way getting it sent

It's GameSeek don't expect it to arrive. One of the most crooked sites I've ever dealt with. Take a look at their Facebook page. I almost ended up taking them to court last year either before or just after Christmas. Amongst other things they sell second hand items claiming they are brand new & if you have to return anything they will accept the goods back but will not refund you. Tried several times to lie to me regarding several things luckily I had evidence I could provide.

I bought a DOA console took them 2 months to replace it. When the replacement arrived everything (packaging etc) inside the box was ripped open, clearly used, chalk hand prints over everything & there was a thick layer of what can only be described as someone's disgusting filth ingrained into the grip texture of the thumbsticks.

Took me another 2 months to get a refund for the postage to send the original DOA back to them. Ended up keeping the second hand console after paying full RRP. In the end after advising that a legal representative was looking into their behavior. I received a "courtesy call" from a "Special teams manager" advising that the "whole ordeal was deeply regrettable & a company director had now been informed & was going to call me back personally in the next 24 hours to apologize & offer some form of compensation" To this very day that still has never happened.

I hadn't got the time to deal with them anymore, fed up of repeatedly being told I was going to get a call that would never happen so I just left it. Promised to never deal with them again. I did have lots of people contact me directly through Facebook after my posts on their page all having very similar problems.

Avoid them like the plague. Actually shocked they're still legally allowed to trade.
